The space
House was custom built in 2021 for a member of the local NBA team that was traded.
All luxe touches and finishes.
The house was decorated by local interior designer Winland Designs to ensure luxury stay with comfort in mind.
The house has every cooking appliance a Chef could use to enjoy and entertain guests.
First Floor has full bunk bed bedroom, full bathroom, open concept kitchen, dinning table, living room and tv.
Second floor is where the other 3 bedrooms are located, primary (king bed) with luxury ensuite bathroom (JAW DROPPING!), other 2 bedrooms (queen beds) with Jack & Jill bathroom.
Third floor has half bath and rooftop patio with city skyline views.

Fountain Square is a great quirky neighborhood, most of the houses are either newly renovated and brand new houses.
There is a bunch of local spots to eat, drink, and enjoy nightlife.
Also the neighborhood is very close to bustling downtown and Lucas Oil Stadium but far enough away to be located on a quiet street.
