Beside a small desk with a reading lamp for working and a designer-arc lamp with marble base you will also find numerous murals in your guest room.
Eyecatcher is certainly the pyramidal-obelisk-like tower of sound of the Hamburg company named XOUNTS, with which you can create a relaxed Dolby surround sound during your stay via Bluetooth or cable jack.
The tailor-made bed frame (1.40 x 2.00 m) with a high quality mattress offers a choice of pillows and duvet in comfort format (1.55 x 2.20 m) for a magnificent sleep for 1 or 2 people on a particularly sublime sleeping height of 0.60 m above the floor.
Directly from the bed you can look out at the stars, or darken the room by two different shades of course, if you're more of the late-riser type.
Forget the noise of the big city road traffic! If you open your guest room window, you will be only disturbed by the bird songs in the morning, by the sun shining warmth during the day or the cheerful laughter of children in the car-free garden courtyard in the afternoon :)
In the guest rooms there are four different design lampshade available, which produce a wide variety of room lighting moods.
Besides drinking glasses and napkins, cutting knives, cake forks, spoons and plates, corkscrew and bottle opener are readily available in your guest room. In addition, you can expect a cute tea station with a wide variety of fruits and black tea. A kettle is ready for you of course.

<< CONNECTIONS WITHIN THE CITY >>
Best public transport stop is MOSENSTRASSE (a 6 minute walk away from the apartment).
From here you have a direct and all-day-round tramway connection with tramway line No. 4 into the baroque city of Dresden (Frauenkirche, the Zwinger, Brühl's Terrace), the Golden Rider, the inner new town, to the Radebeul vineyards and to the fine art cinemas in Dresden-Striesen.
To Dresden Christmas market “Striezelmarkt” you only got 6 tramway stops to take.
The tram line 10 takes you directly to the famous river bridge “Blaues Wunder”, to the riverbanks of Blasewitz and to the transparent car factory of Volkswagen, the miniature railway in the Great Garden, to the main railway station (Hbf.) and to the Messe Dresden.
The bus line 64 provides connections to Panometer Dresden with circular paintings of the artist Assisi and to the S-Bahnhof Dresden-Reick, from where you can reach the scenic hiking and climbing region of Saxony Switzerland within 30 minutes. In the other direction you can easily access the Waldschlösschen quarter, the military history museum and the big shopping mall called "Elbepark" in the northwestern part of Dresden.
From the bus stop SPENERSTRASSE (up there about 6 minutes walk) behind the Kaufland supermarket you have all day connection by bus line 63 every 10 minutes directly to train station Dresden-Strehlen and to “Carolaschlösschen” with restaurant boating lake in the Great Garden, to the Dresden mountain railways in Loschwitz and to wineries in Wachwitz and to the baroque Pillnitz castle.
On the stop GABELSBERGERSTRASSE you can jump into tramline No. 4 (until November) or tramline No. 12 (from November) and of course into the new busline No. 64 over the new "Waldschlösschenbrücke" in direction to "Elbepark".
By taxi or car it takes about 10 minutes to Dresden fair or old town and about 20 minutes to the airport Dresden (DRS).
You can leave your car right in front of the apartment building. Also available are numerous free parking lots in the surrounding residential streets.
With a bicycle it takes about 15 minutes into the historical old town of Dresden on comfortable roads away from heavy traffic. On quiet, light traffic city roads you can also reach the Great Garden or the riverbanks of the Elbe within 10 minutes. In my lockable cellar storage compartment is also enough free space for two guest bicycles.
Ideal for jogging and walking are the numerous paths and tracks on the riverside of the Elbe, in the “Waldpark” and in the Great Garden (“Großer Garten”)

Enrique is an outstanding host. His attention to detail and creativity to enrich guests experience is truly remarkable.
The room is exactly as described, squeaky clean and overall very nice. Enrique provides lots of goodies and also very helpful information to his guests.
Overall a 5-star experience that we highly recommend to others.
Proximity to the historical center:
about 30 minutes on foot.
Proximity to a supermarket:
7 minutes walk from Kaufland.
Proximity to public transport:
5 minutes walk to a bus station;
10 minutes walk to a tram station.
1. The flat is newly renovated in a modern style.
2. The bathroom was at our disposal at any time in a round the clock.
3. Enrique was a very good adviser. He provided us with a lot of materials about places of interest in Dresden and Sachsen and gave us helpful advises how to reach them.
1. The room is a bit too small for two persons.
2. There is no kitchen and no refrigerator.
3. There is no washing machine.
If you travel alone and if you are ready to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner outdoors - it is your place for living.
Dear Svetlana, I hope you could enjoy your stay in Dresden and had many exciting travel impressions from Saxony!
I am sorry, that you did not clearly inform me that you would like to make self-catering for your entire stay in Dresden instead of take advantage of the wide gastronomic offer of this vivid city as most of my former AirBnB guests.
Of course you had the full possibility to prefer little instant snacks with water heater as well as tea, coffee and hot chocolate in your private guest room at all times you wanted to. Upon arrival you had a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as a fine selection of chocolates and fresh apple cakes ready for you. Furthermore you have enjoyed a full buffet breakfast which I prepared for you with a wide selection of pastries, juices, cheese, yogurt etc.
During your stay I gave you the possibility to use the kitchen when I was at home as well as you could take advantage of the fridge for your numerous food items. I hope you can understand that I cannot transfer the whole kitchenette into the guest room for reasons of space and a lack of design integration.
If you had told me that you have to clean clothes, then I would have recommended a professional textile cleaning service which is just 150 metres away from apartment entrance!
If you prefere a full self-catering for all of your future trips I can only recommend you to use the search filter of AirBnB as there are also about 200 accomodation possibilities with a full kitchen in Dresden!
I believe in the benefits of clear communication, because it makes life easier.
Thank you for your stay and best regards from Dresden!
I stayed at Enrique's room in Dresden for two nights with my girlfriend and we had a great time. The room is very nicely decorated and Enrique is a fantastic host. One thing that was not entirely clear beforehand to us, but wasn't a big deal at all, was that the bathroom is shared, so for people (we didn't really care) that are picky about that this is something to keep in mind. Apart from that the room is perfect, located about 10-15 minutes by tram from the train station and the main sights around the river.
The apartment is just awesome! It was a huge luck for me to find such a great room!
The room is situated only in 5 minutes from tram station. It has a lot of cool and stylish things! The bed is big and comfortable so you can have a rest after a long day in Dresden. Its hardly describe all things but everything was amazing.
And of course big thanks to Enriqué! He is extremely welcoming and friendly host. It seems that he knows everything about Dresden and even more. He also has a little maps with some interesting places and restaurants in the nearest area of the apartment. It was really great to stay in his room.
I highly recomend his apartment.Thank you Enriqué!
