Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located waterfront condo with a walk score of 96 and transit score of 100. Enjoy views of Elliot Bay, ferries, cruise ships and beautiful sunsets from the living room and private balcony. Easily walk to Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium, the Sculpture Park, Cruise Terminal, and ferry terminal. Located within walking distance to Belltown, Queen Anne, Space Needle, stadiums and more.

The space
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with large pull-out Rove Concepts sleeper sofa that comfortably fits 2 guests, and a queen-sized air mattress available for use as well. Private balcony with views of Elliot Bay and a rooftop terrace with expansive view of the Puget Sound. Living room with 65" TV with backlighting and sound bar - guests have access to Apple TV, dedicated workspace with desk and monitor. Sitting area with fireplace and swivel chairs to enjoy the view with coffee or a drink. Bedroom has Layla Sleep Mattress and cozy full wall velvet headboard. Unit has high speed internet and a locked safe to keep valuables. One free parking space (note: garage clearance height is 6' 6" - we do not recommend using the space if your vehicle is close to this height).

Guest access
Guests have access to entire condo and building common spaces - gym, hot tub and rooftop terrace (please note that common spaces may be closed for cleaning, reservation or repair at various times). Guests also have access to washer dryer in unit. One assigned parking space in secured underground garage is available for guests (see parking rules and instructions).

Other things to note
The building has secured access and security for safety. Guests can contact us any time if questions arise about the space or amenities. We ask that other building residents are not contacted for questions or clarifications about the space or unit as they will not be able to help.

When entering and exiting the garage you must wait for the garage to close fully behind you. Failure to do so will result in an immediate fine of $150 - $500 for each violation.

Also we do not allow tailgating into any entrance gates at the property, this is for your safety and the residents safety. If someone is behind you, ask them to use their fob to enter after you, or to use the call box to call a resident they are visiting or the front desk for access.
