Enjoyed the trip. Room was nice, there's a key to lock your door. Ikkyukim was real attentive and responded to messages quickly.

The bedroom is a lot more spacious than the pictures made it seem. Wifi worked fine for me. A/c was nice on the hot days. There's a small kitchen area down the hall that I mostly used the fridge for.

Ikkyukim is very responsive through the airbnb messaging system. He was amazingly helpful when I arrived with a lot of heavy luggage and helped me get it into the room. Location was convenient for me for business. Note that the bathroom is shared with other tenants or people passing through with airbnb. Comfy bed and linens, clean bedroom. If you're a low maintenance traveler, this is a good choice for you.

The place was exactly as listed. The bed was big and beautiful, especially when it got cold, the comforter was massive and was just amazing, I felt like I was in heaven. My only complaint was the house, room smelled like it was old, but it's something you only notice the first day and it just doesn't come into your mind the other day. Also the walls are thin, you can sometimes hear other people. The room itself is big and the people who live there are really friendly and helpful.

My stay was ok for the value, had my private room but shared kitchen and bath. Ikkyukim was responsive to my requests. He provided towels and made me feel welcome, I was also able to use the kitchen to prepare meals. Amenities are not as modern or updated but for the value I had a good stay.

I moved here to New York for a new position and needed a place to stay for at least a month until I was able to get on my feet and look for a place of my own. Ikkyukim was kind enough to host me for that span of time. large, comfy one room with a spacious bed, closet and a mini fridge! (I just kept water in there, I always ate in the kitchen.) the kitchen is at the end of the hallway right outside the rooms which is equipped with large fridge, stove and microwave.and there is of course a restroom. about 10 or so minutes walk to the 6 train then a 35 or so minute ride to midtown if that's where you're headed. Ikkyukim is a truly kind host and I enjoyed my stay here very much. Thank you Ikkyukim for offering your home once again!
