Arrived in Toronto to a phone call saying the apartment we'd booked wasn't clean so we were moved to a different one. The new apartment was in the same building and was fine.
Malgré un imprévu de dernière minute, Coco à très bien géré la situation. La communication à été parfaite. L'appartement est très bien situé dans le centre, avec une vue superbe sur Toronto. A la hauteur de nos espérances. Nous recommandons!!
Very easy instructions, apartment as described. Overall a very simple, convenient and relaxed stay.
I got to this place but it smelled like the previous guest was smoking in the unit. I contacted Coco right away and she offered me another unit near by, which was much appreciated! Both her places were clean and modern, and I would recommend her place to anyone who is visiting Toronto!
Chih- Ting thank you and being an extremely accommodating guest. I have stopped taking people into the unit that you booked with smokes because the last guest completely did not obey the rules and caused a scent that is in the walls! I am having a hard time airing it out now. Thank you again.
Did not get to see the host as she was in cuba . On arriving to the city I was informed that the condo was not available and we were moved . Coco seems to have loads and her and Chloe seems to have something going on with these condo's .
The place was nice but there was no WIFI for 3 days . We needed this to help us around the city . We were offered 40 euro off our stay but it was the inconvenience of moving and having no WIFI. This seams to be a letting agency or something going on .
Due to unforeseen circumstances completely out of our host's hands, we were moved to a different unit in the same set of buildings. I stayed in the original (pictured) unit last year, and much preferred it to the one we were moved to (mainly the light and sound pollution from nearby Yonge/Dundas Square) so I was a little disappointed, but Chloe made up for it with her accommodating manner and excellent response time. We didn't meet face to face, but I was confident every step of the way that our stay was being taken care of. Regardless, during my last stay, I enjoyed this pictured unit very much. The location can't be beat and the apartment itself has everything you could possibly want for short- or long-term. Very clean and comfortable. Would love to stay again! Thanks for taking care of us.
