I stayed at Lisa's apartment for 5 nights. Lisa was so nice to give me a ride to the apartment and show me around town (this was my first visit to Kitchener/Waterloo). During my stay we communicated through text msgs and she was very responsive and helpful.
The place was just as seen in the photos: tasteful, relaxing and very clean. The location is unbeatable: walking distance to the best cafes/restaurants in town.
My only comment is that the bldg's acoustic insulation is a bit poor - but then this is typical of wood-frame bldgs. I sleep very lightly and couldn't fall sleep b/c of the noise from upstairs. She contacted the neighbor upstairs as soon as I informed her and soon things were back to great!
We found our room just as described. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We did not get to meet Lisa as she was called out of town. However, we were still able to communicate with her by text and phone and everything we needed was available.
We did have one unfortunate incident that unexpectedly left our belongings vulnerable while we were out, but we expect that this was atypical. Other reviews assure me that it is. Minus the incident, we would recommend this listing.

My stay at Lisa's house was great! The room is clean and cosy, it lookes exactly the same with the pictures. The location is very convenient, colse to Waterloo uptown and Bridgeport Plaza. Lisa is very thoughtful, and she communicated with me many times and checked everything for me before and during my stay. Thanks Lisa!
I really enjoyed my 2-night stay here. The space was even larger than I expected and I loved the decor. While I didn't get a chance to make use of the sauna during my stay, all of the spa facilities were exceptionally clean and inviting. The large shower and nice selection of teas made for a great way to start the day each morning.
Lisa was very kind, accommodating and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this room to others.

My favourite quote: “The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when one contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity.” —Albert Einstein
