Lisa was a great host, the apartment is private with a separate entrance and very central. In Uptown, walking distance to everything! Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This is a great place. I loved the (large) apartment with wooden floor and zen feel. Relaxing and peaceful. The sauna is an amazing feature. Everything was very clean and Lisa was easy to communicate with. I will definitely come back. The only downside could be that you can hear the upstairs neighbours quite well; but fortunately they had reasonable hours :)

Lisa's place is very nice, impeccably clean, and in the heart of Waterloo. Walking distance to King St and the downtown area. It is a good size two room space with a distinct Asian theme. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom has a great shower and the kitchen/living area has a small table with seats which I was able to comfortably work at. There is a fridge and tea/coffee in the living area. Would definitely stay again!

Lisa's place is really nice and clean the neighborhood is quiet with amazing location close to the center area in just few minutes walk . I enjoyed my staying there and Lisa was very kind and supportive , i will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Waterloo . The only thing i would have liked is to have small kitchenette in place to cook and TV .

Such a comfortable and welcoming spot that will add to and enhance your stay in the Waterloo area. Lisa is a very accommodating host who ensured everything was easy and stress free. This has been my second time in this space and I don't think I would stay anywhere else in the K-W area. Thank you Lisa!

Did not meet Lisa in person, but she is really nice and easy to communicate. The place is close to a big plaza where you can find almost everything you need. There is even a sauna chamber! Highly recommend.

I am an avid traveller. I lived 12 years abroad - in Japan and Singapore and havent spent a full year at home since! I studied religion and culture in my university days and currently teach it at a local high school. I love the outdoors and love yoga, have a scuba diving license and, this year, tried my hand at stock car racing.

I am interested in alternative and complementary health modailities, and spend much of my free time studying them. I have a certificate in cranial sacral therapy, earned in Singapore, a certificate in shiatsu massage, earned in Japan, and am working towards my specialist as a biofeedback technician, studying out of California.

My favourite quote: “The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when one contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity.” —Albert Einstein
