The 2015 building is divided in 3 easily connectable apartments, still offering you a lot of privacy. The building is surrounded by a beautifull garden. Amazing views. The furniture is a combination of antiques and handmade furniture in warm Mediterranean colors.
Apartment Espresso is a standing alone studio. The kitchen is well equipped with modern luxury, Quooker, dishwasher. Starlink Wi-Fi and TV Chromecast. There is floor cooling plus an airco. EV charger.

The space
A cosy room that offers: in summertime floor cooling plus aircondition and in wintertime floor heating; an extra large double bed (size160-210 cm); and, a private bathroom. Kitchen with Quooker ( hot, cold and boiling water), dishwasher, fridge, oven and induction hobs. 2 chesterfield chairs, coffee table and TV. The windows have insect screens. Outside a private terrace with seats and Barbecue. There is an incredible 13x7m infinity pool at 40m within the grounds of our own territory. Starlink WiFi and Chromecast TV
