Karen's place was great! She warmly welcomed us in and made us feel right at home. The house was clean, comfortable and the view from the deck is gorgeous! We will definitely be back!
We have spent 2 nights in Karen's house and we have had a very good time. We were staying in one of the room downstairs. The room was clean and lovely although there is no window. The bathroom was ultra clean and nicely decorated. The common areas are confortable and there is enough space to find a quiet spot if needed. Breakfast was great and good enough to climb Mansfield mount! Karen is a very welcoming host sharing precious information to get the most of our time in the area! We highly recommend this place!
The Highview is definitely the place to stay when visiting Vermont.
We had a wonderful time there and wished we could have stayed much longer than what was initially planned. The house is spacious, clean, decorated with taste, comfortable, idealy located, and most important, run by one of the sweetest person we've ever met.
Stop at this top-notch bed and breakfast and you will never want to leave.
Karen and Bob were fabulous hosts. They have a large, wonderful house, and their cottage next door looks great as well. Karen graciously accommodated our late night arrival, and had coffee and bagels waiting for us when we woke in the morning. The house is about a 20 minute drive from Sugarbush and easy to reach in the winter, even with this year's heavy snowfall. I hope to stay with them again in the future.
