The apartment is located in a 1897's building in an area called "Eixample" ("Left Eixample").
Is in a third floor (without elevator) simple, very clean, bright and near the center of Barcelona.
It has a large balcony with nice view!
The location of the place is perfect, just 5 minutes walking to the center of Barcelona in an area called "Eixample" (Left Eixample).
It is an apartment ideal for 2/3 people.
It has one double room (facing the street) and a single room (facing a patio), one bathroom, fully equiped kitchen and balcony.
Guests could have acces to the whole apartment including the fully equiped kitchen with electrical stove, small refrigerator and microwave oven.

Interaction with Guests
I always go to pick up the guests to the closest Aerobus or metro stop to show the way to the place, give the keys and give a brief talk about the city.
The "Eixample" neighborhood, where the apartment is, is very close to some of the main attractions of the city: "Paseo de Gracia" Avenue, with its emblematic Antonio Gaudi's modernist buildings ("Casa Batlló" and "La Pedrera") "Plaza Catalunya", Gothic Quarter, etc.
Near the apartment there are supermarkets, small food stores, restaurants, tapas bars, cinemas, theaters, libraries, health centers, pharmacies, and the department store "El Corte Inglés” in "Plaza Catalunya".
Its location is unique to enjoy of unforgettable days to discover the city of Barcelona.
The apartment is only 5 minutes walking to the closest metro station "Universitat" (red line, number 1 and 2), "Hospital Clinic" (blue line, number 5), 1 minute to stop buses and close to the "Aerobus" stop as well.
In front of the place, there is a paid parking but insead of car I recommend the public transport (metro, bus, regional train or tram) to move around the city.
The easiest way to get downtown from the Airport is take the "Aerobus" service that leave from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
Other Things to Note
Bed linen and towels are included.
I can offer you an oficial guide (price 30eur) to show you Sagrada Familia or another areas in Barcelona.
Smoking inside the apartment is totally forbidden.
The smoking area is on the balcony!
Antonio was a great host, no complaints. He made sure we had our needs met and was friendly. The apartment was great location, but very noisy (from road and the neighbours).
Thank you Antonio for doing all you could for us, the apartment had all we needed.
We had a fantastic stay in Barcelona at Antonio's apartment. Antonio met us at the nearby Airport bus stop, and walked us to the apartment, pointing out local amenities on the way. The apartment was perfectly appointed and in the greatest neighbourhood for dining, shopping and with good train-line nearby. Antonio was quick to help with questions we had about the city. The best Air BnB experience we had in all of Europe.
We had a great stay at Antonio's apartment, he communicated very well with us, explained where everything was around the apartment and suggested sights to visit. The place was clean, conveniently located (very close to the city centre, but also to other neighbouroods like Gracia) and has everything you need to enjoy a couple of days in the city :).
Antonio met me at the agreed upon time at the bus stop. He gave me directions on a map to different things to check out and recommended some restaurants. the apartment was good for me and the neighborhood was excellent. A little noisy due to traffic but to me it was not an issue at all. I also think this is going to be the case anywhere in the city center. It has no elevator but once again for me not an issue. My only complaint would be that the couch is a little stiff (but who is going to sit at home on the couch all day anyway?). With that being said it was all to my liking and I am really happy I chose this apartment. Thanks antonio!
We were immediately made to feel warmly welcome as the very friendly Antonio met us at the Universitat bus top and he spent a lot of time describing the area, suggestings visits to match our interests, recommending restaurants and giving many practical tips. The apartment was as described, very suitable for us and just a few minutes walk from the nearest Metro station and the nearest sights. At the end of our stay, Antonio kindly escorted us to the AirBus stop to make sure our journey home began without problems.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Antonio's place to friends and family travelling to Barcelona.
Antonio met us where the airport shuttle bus dropped us at one of the main metro stations and walked us to the apartment, about 15 minutes.
He stayed a long time explaining things and suggesting places to see and how to get there. Lots of pamphlets and maps. Very helpful. Especially the suggestion to get the t10 ticket at the metro that gets you 10 journeys on bus or train for 9e. Any number of people can use the same ticket. 2 of us did 5 trips. Just pass the ticket back to next person thru the barrier once you've gone through. Its 2.80e per single trip so great saving.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, no lift, which is its biggest downfall, although Antonio lugged 1 case up for us. Its fairly basic but had 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen, all you want for a short stay. Supermarket nearby and butcher just up on next corner with deli and takeaway salads.
Its about 10-15 mins walk to the nearest station which is a bit of a pain.
25 mins walk to las ramblas, 20 mins walk to la pedrera(Gaudi house) but can take a bus (H10 or no. 20) from round the corner and its 2 stops. 40 mins walk to sagrada familia (Gaudi church). The thing is, the tourist stuff is spread out, so you need to use public transport.
Antonio kept in touch via text which made us feel looked after.
