Prime location in the heart of downtown Flagstaff! Enjoying beautiful views of the peaks all while being walking distance to breweries, local shops, cafes, yoga studios, rock climbing gym, and restaurants. This condo sits just above Historic Brewing Company's downtown location with a super friendly staff, over 20 craft beer options on tap, wine, and a full pub menu.

The space
Enjoy the space, but be cool. Pick up after yourself. Let us know if you break anything.

In the Winter months, we ask that you remove your wet boots and shoes at the door. Your skis and snowboards can be stashed in the living room closet on the mats.

Extra bedding can be found in the laundry room.

Guest access
The guest has access to the entire 2 bedroom condo.

Other things to note
Please note that you are above a brewpub. While it doesn't tend to get loud, we have had some guests comment that they can hear the base from the stereo through the floor on weekend nights up until 12 am. This is not the norm, but it can happen. If you are sensitive to a little noise, this may not be the place for you.

We have one parking space reserved for you between the hours of 4 pm and 11 am during your stay. If your car is left in the lot after you checkout, they will tow it. If you need to park longer, you can either move it to one of the paid spaces or park on the street.

There is a smart TV where you can watch Hulu and Netflix. Feel free to sign into your own HBO or Showtime apps :)

The sofa has a queen pull out bed.

For guests with pets, we charge a $75 pet cleaning fee. If you are bringing a pet please message us to let us know. We will request the pet fee. We ask you to keep them off the furniture and pick up after them. We love our four-legged friends, but the housekeepers and other guests do not love the hair.

The food downstairs is great for lunch and dinner. Other favorites include breakfast across the street at Tourist Home. For more of a date night feel, try The Annex right down the street. Our favorite pizza spot is Nimarco’s a few blocks away.
