Great apartment! So unique and close to everything!

The apartment is a great location to walk around and see St. Tropez without a car. Great view from the terrace and easy access. The apartment is also unique in a good way. The negatives: they didn't provide towels for shower/bath and only had a half-roll of toilet paper. It was not well-stocked or welcoming with the basics. It's also very small ceilings and I bumped my head several times even though I'm not very tall. I don't recommend this to larger or older people as the stairs are quite a climb. Lastly, the owner who lives in Paris, wanted to make things ok, but called way too many times to check-in on the issues mentioned above. It felt too much.

This is a little gem of a place , airy with cool through breeze , probably the best roof terrace in st tropez , right in the centre of the action next to the port , I would highly recommend to all fit and agile who love attic apartments as probably the stairs would be a problem if not .

It's the best location you can get on Saint Tropez, ain't no doubt about that! Very well located on the port, you have ice cream when you open the door to the street, two markets not far, lots of bakeries, stores, pharmacies... We had a little delay on our arrival but Marie-Paul (that we happened to know speaks Portuguese just like us!) received us in the best way possible. She showed us the apartment and helped us when needed. BUT there are some negative points: it was not very clean, as we had to wash and clean a lot of kitchen stuffs before using them; it's very easy to bump your head on the kitchen also, as the refrigerator is located on a difficult spot; same happens going up to the terrace; the bed is too soft so it can be difficult to get in and out (as it is on a low level, close to the floor); it's difficult to take a shower because the ceiling is really low in the bathroom; and the stairs up to the appartment can also be a very challenging point, as you have to go up to the 4th floor and then up again on a tiny spiral staircase. With luggages you may get very tired. BUT again, and quoting Aline from the last review, when you go up there and see the view of this place, for me it was worthy. I'd say that the place needs a little bit more attention. But thanks Monsieur Olivier for the staying!

We had a fantastic stay! Received a call from Olivier the day before our stay in St Tropez to organise to be given the keys and he also gave us a couple of tips around parking the car, etc... Olivier ended up being flexible with our check-in time and Marie-Paul who gave us the keys was really pleasant and helpful. She gave us a tour of the studio flat but also made recommendations (like the best bakery to go to in the morning to get your bread and croissant). Just be aware that you are right in the centre of St Tropez on the harbour so don't expect a quiet environment during the high season (although it didn't stop us having a good sleep). The flat is on 4th floor without a lift which might be challenging for some people, however it's totally worth it when you go to the balcony located on the roof - the view is amazing, you can even view what the people on the yachts are up to during the day ;). Thank you for sharing your home with us, Olivier and just make the improvements/reparations necessary and it'll be perfect!

Ottima posizione centrale sul porto. Non rumoroso come si temeva. Suggestivo il terrazzino sul tetto con vista sul golfo. Ubicazione al 4 piano senza ascensore con piccola scaletta a chiocciola finale, non troppo faticoso. Arredamento un po' ridondante con tante cose in giro, che creano un po' di confusione.
