Everything about this place was great. The little flat/suite itself was exactly as in the pictures, really tastefully decorated and clean. Yossi was around if we needed him (bottle opener we couldn't see in front of our noses... but he came straight down with one) - thanks.
The location is great and The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The space is very clean and well kept. Yossi made the entire experience easy. The only things I will point out are that the room is probably best for two people or less, unless a third is ok with sleeping on a couch (not a fold-out).
Yossi was so wonderful to come out in the rain and help my taxi find the right place. I found the apartment more beautiful and comfortable, than I even imagined. The shower is great. The neighborhood is perfect- close to the beach, and to wonderful restaurants.cthe shul, everything I wanted. I also super appreciated yossis flexibility with checking in and out to,accommodate my travel, schedule. Thank you yossi!
Anna and Yossi are first rate hosts!
1) Available yet unobtrussive
2)Answered all my questions.
In short, very easy to work with.
The kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee, sugar, tea, washing powder and a converter. The bathroom had plenty of soap , shampoo, towels, hair dryer. The shower had great water pressure and HOT! ( regulator is sensitive ) water. The bed was (website hidden) had multiple stations for news. Its location to the Beach, Neve Tsadik and of course, Ha Carmel Market was exceptionally close. End of the day favorite was Hacoshim cafe ( 48 Hacoshim st 25 meters north on Hacoshim). Many exceptional places to eat in the area. I would stay at Yossi and Anna again without a doubt.
A super-comfy, beautifully designed flat in a quiet yet bustling part of town, with a great market minutes away. I would give it way above a 5 star hotel. Yossi & Ana were wonderful hosts. I definitely will be back!!!
Yossi was wonderful welcoming me to his apartment. It's s superb location, the shower is a tours de force! The flat was spotless, there was fresh fruit on the table and water in the fridge. Couldn't ask for more.
My short stay at Yossi and Ana's was excellent. The room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Communication with Yossi was easy and response time was very quick. Yossi got me set up with a map of Tel Aviv and showed me a few places to check out so I could make the most of my short stay. He also kindly arranged a taxi cab back to the airport for me which made things very convenient for me.
Apartment is very centrally located making it a convenient and central location to see Tel Aviv from.

I started my professional career as meteorologist but my true passion was design. For the past twenty years I worked as graphic designer and interior designer. This can be seen in our unique studio apartments filled with ambience that we offer to our guests.
During all our family trips worldwide, we always preferred staying in intimate accommodation that featured a unique atmosphere. This played a major role in our booking decision.
When I designed our guests’ studio, I took into consideration two critical factors that played a role for me as a traveler. The first one, is the undefined magic called an experience and the second is direct contact with the local hosts. I believe that the tranquil Mediterranean experience I created will give you peace and comfort and will connect you to the authentic picturesque quarter that we live in.
Since we are well integrated in the night life and we are great culture consumers we would love to share and recommend you all about what Tel-Aviv has to offer.
To sum up, I would like to share with you our daily sport routine that me and my wife are following each morning that fulfills us with great energies for the rest of the day; we start our day with a walk along the sea on the white sandy beach of Tel Aviv that is exactly three minutes’ walk from our home. You may see this as your first recommendation for your future visit to Tel Aviv.
