Rob and Bek were amazing hosts! I was only able to speak with Bek for a short time when she was kind enough to drive me from the airport, but was delighted to find delicious pastries in the morning from the bakery they own. Millie was also a very hospitable host. The location was right outside the city and within walking distance to the shopping center and queen Victoria museum. I will definitely be staying there again if I am in Launceston.
Bek was extremely helpful and accommodating! The morning pastries and use of the excellent espresso machine were a delight. The key pad door made coming and going easy. The home is in a very convenient location. The room was very comfortable with lots of good reading, tourist info, and even a bottle of water! Wi-fi worked well! The beautiful bathroom was easy to share and had a great tub!
Had a really enjoyable at Rob & Bek. Really friendly hosts and you get a big room with a very comfy bed. Although the house is next to the Highway 7, it is very easy to park your car. The city is only a 10 minute walk, so it is very well situated. I would recommend it to anyone.
This was our first Air BnB experience and it definitely did not disappoint! The room we got was actually bigger than we expected as they had no-one else staying at the time. Bed was comfiest during our stay in Tasmania - beating many a motel! We were greeted by the hosts and Rob even took our bag up to our room which was a lovely touch. They were very laid back and offered for us to join them in the lounge later which was nice. The house was big enough to have privacy too if that's what you want. In the morning there was some gorgeous sweet muffins left out for guests. I also found the instructions very helpful too with lock code and other important details, such as what food was available to us. We had a tour of the kitchen/house on arrival too. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. Great location too, no problem parking and right near the gorge! Just a short walk to the centre.
The room was clean and spacious, although a bit different from the one in the picture.
Rob and Bek were welcoming and kind. We loved breakfast, it was a pleasant surprise as we weren't expecting it. The code in the front door instead of a key it is very convenient and the bottle of water in the bedroom is a nice touch.
For a longer stay maybe a small tv in the room would be nice.
We would recommend not to bring a lot of luggage as there is a long stair to climb.
Convenient to everything. Good privacy. The kitchen is good to cook food. Comfortable to stay.
excellent location, very nice and friendly host - stay was a pleasure!
