We look forward to sharing one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in the city with you, the Mission!
PLEASE NOTE: We provide parking but we ask $15 per day, not included in your booking price. It is payable in cash when you arrive.
There is only one spot and we have two rooms so please inquire about availability. We live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath flat and list two rooms on Airbnb.
Our place is easily accessible from all Bay Area airports (we are 3 blocks from the 24th St Mission BART station). We are near the Valencia Street corridor (one block) and we are a short walk to foodie heaven (Delfina, Bi-RIte, Arizmendi, Dosa, etc) as well as Dolores Park.
A very short BART ride gets you to other great parts of the city (door to door 10-20 minutes) including the Moscone Center, Union Square, the Embarcadero, Chinatown, North Beach and we are walking distance to Noe Valley, the Castro, and Hayes Valley. Very easy bus or MUNI (train) connections will get you to the Haight/Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, and Fisherman's Wharf in about 30 minutes. However, San Francisco is a small city and the greatest way to appreciate it is on foot!
Our commitment is to provide you:
An impeccably clean room and house
A very central location, easy to access everything you want to see in the city and lots of public transit options
The most comfortable bed. It is a hypo-alergenic, organic, Natura mattress (you need to try it to appreciate it)
Expertise on the city to help make your experience memorable- we have over 30 cumulative years in San Francisco and very diverse interests. We're here to help!
Assistance if you want it and peace and quiet if you don't.
Very flexible check in and check out
We are within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and diverse nightlife . Check out our guidebook for things to do in the neighborhood. We've tried to provide a varied list of the best our neighborhood has to offer.
You will have a sunny private bedroom (full sized bed) with shared bath. If you want to "cook in" we have markets a block away with everything you'll need.
Coffee and tea are available in the morning. The house has WiFi and a 42" LCD TV which you are welcome to use.
We look forward to making your trip to San Francisco a memorable one!

We had a great time at Michael and Yesica's house! They are super chill and friendly and have the most beautiful home. They have the coolest house and decor and it feels so warm and welcoming. When we arrived Yesica greeted us and marked up a map that she gave us to show us the entire area. She showed us restaurants and places to go to on the map. Yesica has great food taste so if you stay with them then you must listen to her about where she recommends to go to! At the house you can make coffee/tea and cook. The neighborhood is super cool and progressive as we had thought it would be. I hope they will let us stay again. :)
I stayed here for one night for business and would stay again! Yesica was extremely friendly and took time out of her day to tell me about the surrounding neighborhoods and the bedroom was very nice, the bed and pillows were ultra comfy!
Michael and Yesica were accommodating to our early check-in time and the room was incredibly comfortable. Great location in the Mission District, highly enjoyed out stay. Thanks!
Accueil cordial et grande disponibilité pour profiter du quartier et jouir d'un appartement décoré avec goût et idéalement situé à SF.
Une adresse à recommander alliant calme, confort et spaciosité avec terrasse en prime.
Michael and Yesica were very competent and organised but relaxed hosts and there apartment is in the the most amazing location! We loved the Mission and would happily have stayed longer. The apartment was lovely and the optional parking was a godsend. We made a lot of use of their excellent and comprehensive list of local eating spots and all the recommendations were great. We would love to come back and would definitely recommend them.
Michael and Yesica has such a beautiful home! centrally located, easily access to public transportation. Michael and Yesica is extremely knowledgeable of the city and super friendly. The best part of a long day of walking around the city? a super comfortable bed to rest your head on!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at Michael and Yesica's AirBnB at 'Valencia Corridor Center of It All!'. They were away during our stay but their friend Liliana was extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a bit of a scare at the very beginning because the lockbox wasn't put out by the time of our arrival (early check-in time), but Liliana quickly texted us back and resolved the issue.
The bedroom and living area were impeccably clean. They even left chocolates with the provided towels! The location is great too. About a 2-3 minute walk to Mission Street and Valencia Street. It is quiet at night and convenient during the day. We only stayed for one night but could easily have stayed longer if we had more time in SF.
This was my first experience with AirBnB, and I was more than pleased. Michael was a pleasure to correspond with. He was prompt and thorough in his emails and made sure to address all of my concerns. I would highly recommend this AirBnB listing, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
