About This Listing
We look forward to sharing one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in the city with you, the Mission!
PLEASE NOTE: We provide parking but we ask $15 per day, not included in your booking price. It is payable in cash when you arrive.
There is only one spot and we have two rooms so please inquire about availability. We live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath flat and list two rooms on Airbnb.
Our place is easily accessible from all Bay Area airports (we are 3 blocks from the 24th St Mission BART station). We are near the Valencia Street corridor (one block) and we are a short walk to foodie heaven (Delfina, Bi-RIte, Arizmendi, Dosa, etc) as well as Dolores Park.
A very short BART ride gets you to other great parts of the city (door to door 10-20 minutes) including the Moscone Center, Union Square, the Embarcadero, Chinatown, North Beach and we are walking distance to Noe Valley, the Castro, and Hayes Valley. Very easy bus or MUNI (train) connections will get you to the Haight/Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, and Fisherman's Wharf in about 30 minutes. However, San Francisco is a small city and the greatest way to appreciate it is on foot!
Our commitment is to provide you:
An impeccably clean room and house
A very central location, easy to access everything you want to see in the city and lots of public transit options
The most comfortable bed. It is a hypo-alergenic, organic, Natura mattress (you need to try it to appreciate it)
Expertise on the city to help make your experience memorable- we have over 30 cumulative years in San Francisco and very diverse interests. We're here to help!
Assistance if you want it and peace and quiet if you don't.
Very flexible check in and check out
We are within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and diverse nightlife . Check out our guidebook for things to do in the neighborhood. We've tried to provide a varied list of the best our neighborhood has to offer.
You will have a sunny private bedroom (full sized bed) with shared bath. If you want to "cook in" we have markets a block away with everything you'll need.
Coffee and tea are available in the morning. The house has WiFi and a 42" LCD TV which you are welcome to use.
We look forward to making your trip to San Francisco a memorable one!

The Michael and Yesica were probably our favorite hosts that we've come across through Airbnb. Yesica was super knowledgeable about the area and gave us a very detailed map of what to do and what to see. We did as much as we could in the limited amount of time that we had, but it was great. Her and Michael were friendly and their place was incredible. It was clean and cool, with an awesome roof deck. We were able to park our car in their garage and just forget about it for the weekend which was a major plus. The room itself was nice and comfortable and they had provided us with every amenity that we needed. Their place is also right downtown and very close to everything that you'd want to see or do. I would definitely re-book with them in future trips to SF.
Our stay at Michael and Yessica's apartment was great. The place was very stylish and well furnished with almost anything a traveller could need. The room was nice and clean, spacious and comfy. There was a little bit of street noise at night and keep in mind sharing with other people will also create some noise. The shared bathroom was nice but at times difficult to get into due to sharing with another couple. The apartment was well located, close to restaurants and public transport. Yessica was very helpful and made us feel very welcome and should be proud of such a lovely home.
The location of this condo is excellent. Walking distance to many nice restaurants. The room was clean, tastefully furnished and yes, bright and sunny. The living room that we could use is large, sunny and beautifully furnished. The hosts are prompt, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Great room, great amenities, great condo! Michael and Yesica's home is absolutely beautiful from their custom lamps to their collage canvases of their different vacations. We met Yesica upon arrival and we were able to drop off some stuff before official check-in. She was very helpful and provided us with directions to BART (very close) and suggestions for things to see and places to eat. We met Michael briefly and he was welcoming and friendly. Because of our busy schedules, we were not able to spend much time in the condo aside from sleeping, but there's a nice living room area to relax and watch TV and roof access. Overall, a great stay and I would stay here again!
A fine option if you're looking for a basic, clean, nice room in a shared apartment in the Mission district with parking. The location is 4 blocks from Valencia, close to Bart and buses. (Even with all the new restaurants and attention, know that the Mission neighborhood is still very rough around the edges so don't be surprised by seeing homeless people, boarded up buildings, and some crazies on the streets.) Yesica provided some great restaurant recommendations. Note that 1 bathroom may be shared by up to 5 people.
The hosts are very welcome and nice. The house is cozy and comfortable. Very good experience ;) thank you!
