  • This apartment was more than we expected! It was clean, spacious and well equiped. Also really comfortable even if it was starting to be a bit cold outside. If we needed something, Fernanda and her husband were not far and ready to help. We had planned to go back to Rome for our last day in Italy, but after discovering the small towns of Castelli Romani, we decided to stay around and enjoy the quiet life there. We enjoyed a closeby local producers market to buy food for our lovely last supper in Italy. It is a perfect location to have a retreat from big cities. Also, it was less than an hour from the airport.
Thank you for alloying us to spend good time for our last days in Italy!

  • Very very nice place!
It was much bigger and cleaner than I had expected!!
It had everything I needed: a washer, a shower, a double bed, clean sheets and towels, a full kitchen..etc
A really huge plus was that the kitchen was full of food!! Fernanda had left fresh fruit, milk, juice, cookies, tea, coffee, bread, rice, potatoes, and SO MUCH MORE!
She also had two bus tickets for me so that I wouldn't have a problem getting to the city on my first day!
The internet was also very good and fast!
Fernanda and her husband also picked us up from the station which was very much appreciated!!
The place itself was amazing!! 5 stars!!

One word of advice: if you are taking the bus, make sure you go online and check the time of the next bus. Sometimes, the buses run only once every hour. It takes about 30 minutes to the Anagnina subway station. From there, the subway will take you to the center in about 20 minutes.

    I would highly recommend!!

  • We spent 8 beautiful days at Fernanda’s place in Rocca di Papa. She and her husband are very nice and helpful people, she even gave us a ride to Frascati, because we didn’t have a rental car. It’s a good idea to rent a car while staying here
because the roads are very steep (since we’re from Holland we’re not used to steep roads) and the store is pretty far away by foot.
Fernanda took good care of us by stocking the kitchen with all sorts of food. We were very happy for that, especially because we arrived by plane and couldn’t bring any food with us.
Fernanda’s apartment is exceptionally clean, the living room is very spacious and
    The bed is excellent.
    We will definitely return!

  • We arrived to rocca di papa with fernada as she picks us at the train station. Rocca di papa is very beautiful , you have to spend more than one week in the apartment as there’s a lot of places to visit , Rocca di papa ,frascati and of course Roma . Fernanda gave us also 2 bus ticket to go to Roma and she has also prepared the bus schedule in the house. The house is nice and there is a cherry tree near . The only negative point is the shower room which is small , but for two persons the house is nice . The big avantage is the food that fernada put in the apartment. Of My god , we had a lot of food from breakfast to dinner , there was a lots of things available in the house . Me and my wife were delighted to have all these facilities as for the first day of your arrival , there is something to eat and this is a good advantage , no need to buy sugar , salt or washing powder etc . Everything you need is there , would be better is the internet could be more stronger . but the big plus of fernanda house is the food inside left .Fernanda was alos available every time we need her also and Most important she Respect Your privacy !!!
Thank you again for these good moments in your house Fernanda

  • The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped. The house is really beautiful, the area is so calm and atmosphere is relaxing. It's a little bit far from town center, but if you are looking for good countryside type of private place to stay you would definitely enjoy this accommodation. Fernanda and her family are lovely people, very warm and friendly!

  • Fernanda's apartment was very clean and spacious. The heated floors were lovely. Fernanda had bought us lots of food too which was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with salt, pepper, herbs, coffee, teas, jams etc. Fernando also went out of her way to get us information about the buses and provided us with 2 tickets so that it would make our morning easier. Parking for our car was very secure. It did take some time to get the bus and metro into Rome (1&1/2 to 2 hours to be at various attractions) but for us to have a safe place for the car and a warm place to come home to with cooking facilities it was worth it. It would also be a great location for exploring the area south of Rome. Unfortunately we didn't have time for this. Maybe next time! Thank you so much Fernanda!

  • Fernanda and her husband, were very hospitable, they picked us up from the bus stop and were always willing to share information about travelling and dinning in Rome. There place is lovely, its spacious and private. The kitchen was supplied with food and drinks. Getting into the center of Rome took a little longer than we expected, so if you
r only staying in Rome for a couple of days, it might be better to stay somewhere closer, or have a car.

  • Fernanda and her husband were so welcoming and friendly, they even picked us up at the bus stop and provided us with a bus schedule. They are very kind and generous people and it was such a pleasure to meet them. The apartment is absolutely perfect! So beautifully decorated, it truly felt like a home. The apartment is about 40 minutes outside of Rome, but the transit system is very easy and dependable. We loved spending the day in Rome and then coming home to our lovely quiet neighborhood. If you want to have the option of getting away from the tourists and noise, I would highly recommend renting here! We loved it so much we wished we could stay longer! We definitely will be back.
