  • Great apartment, in a quiet and lovely environment. Location is simply perfect, a few minutes from the Pantheon and in the middle of the historical center. So good location that we didn't have to use public transportation during our stay.

The appartment itself is really big, clean and nice for a couple, and probably a few extra guests as well. We didn't use the kitchen because we enjoyed way too much the italian food outside.

Mr. Romolo is there on the arrival and makes the stay very comfortable, he even found us a solution for our luggage the last day. Always reachable by phone in case of problem, even if we didn't have to call him because everything was ok.

We would definitely consider this appartment for a future stay in Rome !

  • An absolutely wonderful apartment in a GREAT location. On the check out day we were able to stay until 4pm to support a late flight, great accommodations!

  • The Apartment is best situated in the court of a wonderful ancient palazzo (very quiet and safe, with a friendly kind of concierge and closed by key at night) in the heart of Rome. Everything is in walking distance (2 min Pantheon, 15-20 min Collosseum, 20-25 min Vatican etc.) - it is perfect. The two rooms are well equipped and have space enough for up to five people; you will find all you may need for cooking pasta or having breakfast or lunch at home. A big supermarket is right around the corner. Rossella is a wonderful host, always available in case of questions. On the last day we could even leave our luggage in the apartment until our departure in the evening. Thank you for this, Rossella!!!

  • This apartment was perfect for my first visit to Rome. It is centrally located, clean, and large enough to accommodate our entire party (there were five of us). Rossella and Signore Romolo were easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had prior to our trip. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Rome!

  • This apartment was absolutely amazing, in such a central location but so quiet and beautiful. You wouldn't know it was there when walking down the street but behind big wooden doors is a fabulous courtyard with direct access to the apartment itself. It was clean and spacious and exactly what my friend and I were looking for. The Collesium and other major sites were only ever a short walk away. I would highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

  • I never met Rossella but dealt with Signore Romolo throughout my trip. He was a very pleasant man and could manage basic English. He was most helpful when I had problems with the internet.

This apartment's main strength is its location. It is located 5 minutes from Piazza Venezia - the foot of Via del Corso. On the other side of the apartment, you can reach Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon in less than 20 minutes.

The apartment is huge and can sleep 6 quite comfortably. If you're not on a break from work while in Rome, you will need to be aware that the internet is not strong throughout the flat. It shouldn't be a problem if you're sleeping in the main room with the 3 beds but if you're located in the living room, there is no internet at all.

The neighbourhood is safe, its back lanes full of character. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it, especially for a family of 4-5 or a group of friends looking for a few days in Rome in a convenient location.

  • My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Mr. Romolo was very kind and accommodated our itinerary. The apartment is spacious and located at the center of Rome, which is perfect for evening strolls when many museums are closed. Highly recommend this place!

  • My stay at the House of Ro was great!!! The apartment is huge, clean, and in the perfect location. I could easily walk to all the major attractions. It made sightseeing in the beautiful city of Roma a breeze!! I would definitely stay here again!

  • We really enjoyed staying at the House of Ro on our short trip to Rome. The apartment is centrally located very close to the Parthenon and a short walk to Trevi Fountain. We were able to walk to the Vatican (20 mins) and the Collosseum (15 mins). The best part of the apt is that it is located off the street in a courtyard which is away from the street noise. There are 2 beds and a sofa bed which was perfect for the 3 of us. Our one drawback which I think is typical of a lot of European bathrooms is the water heaters which are not as large as the US so be prepared for shorter showers or someone in your group might be taking a lukewarm shower. It's better to get used to showering quickly anyway to conserve water. The heater/air conditioner was fine but just make sure you point the remote right at it to get it to work properly (something we didn't figure out until the second day). Overall a nice apt in a great location. Also the person who met us with the keys was nice enough to let us store our bags the last day so we could sightsee before our train to Florence. There are a couple of local restaurants that are very good, one right across the street that was only open for lunch, very convenient. We would stay again if we go back to Rome.
