An artist host a huge house, extra floor with 2 very clean rooms and private bathroom available. Plenty of privacy. Internet [wifi], Free Parking and Breakfast are available. Very safe neighborhood. 5 min from GW Bridge into Manhattan. Close to public transit and NY Subway [A].
To be clear, the second floor apartment is used only for having guests and all the closets have no clothes and the entire apartment is cleaned after every stay. So there's a total of 3 rooms, 3 queen size beds and a couch in the living room that can be used as a bed.
The entrance is shared with the family. But you can come and go as you please.

We have stayed in Zahra's lovely and comfortable apartment many times. It's always a pleasure to be there. We enjoy interacting with Zahra and her family whenever their schedule and ours' permits. We look forward to many more stays in this pretty Artist's apartment.
We have stayed in this lovely place several times now. Each time it gets better. The people are lovely. Whenever we see Zahra and her family, they are always warm and gracious. The apartment is clean and has a nice feel to it, and the location is excellent. It's always a fine experience for us when we stay here.
This was our second stay with Zahra and her family. They were delightful, warm and welcoming. We felt very comfortable in their upstairs apartment. We had privacy and yet we could spend time with the family. It's an ideal situation for us.

Amazing host and an amazing place. Zahra had beautifully decorated the place and made it very fun and beautiful. The appt. is only a few mins from Manhattan with car or public transport. The Blvd. is an ideal location for jogging and is very beautiful. There are grocery stores and lots of restaurants, dry cleaners cvs and ... within walking distance of the appt. which make it ideal for someone with or without a car.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend you do the same. :) To doing this again
I only stayed at the house one of the four nights I had reserved because my work assignment had been postponed due to hurricane damages. The first day I went there, the power was still out, but they were willing to take me in regardless. I decided to drive back home instead. The room is very spacious and has a comfortable bed. This is in a suburban home, so it has easy car access and there is plenty of parking around. It is a very good location if you want to be near the GW bridge. There are also good restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
