  • This apartment was beautiful! Rosa and her brother Stefano made sure we arrived safely at the apartment by picking us up at the Train station after we got lost for an hour in Parma, and Stefano helped us get the luggage up the stairs. the apartmnet was beautifully furnished, it looked just like the pictures and it was in a great location to walk to the center of the city and the Parco Ducale. We enjoyed the fastest internet Wifi at their apartment that we had experienced thusfar in Italy, and that was enjoyable to write home without glitches. The bathroom and kitchen areas were clean, there were extra pillows; overall it was a lovely stay and we really enjoyed it! We would stay there again if we visit!

  • We stayed in Parma for 3 weeks in January. The apartment had plenty of room to accommodate the 4 of us which included two teenage boys. The apartment is well located to the centre of town and we were able to park for free a few minutes from the apartment. Rosa & Leonardo help us when ever we needed it. They accommodated our request to spend our last week at the farmhouse, which is just beautiful. In the end we stayed at 2 of Rosa's properties, both are clean with everything you need. If we return to Parma we would definitely stay with Rosa & Leonardo again. P.S We were lucky to get 2 of Rosa's home made cakes.... both were delicious. Thanks Rosa & Leonardo for a great stay!

  • There was a heatwave when we arrived in Parma and even the Italians were finding it difficult, so it was wonderful when Rosa's husband came to pick us up from the station. Another godsend was the conditioning which meant that after walking back from town we knew we had a lovely cool place to relax!

The flat was wonderfully clean and spacious; we bought food from the local co-op and cooked it in the flat. It was also well- located with a lovely walk through the park to reach the centre of town. It takes about 20 minutes or maybe 30 if it's very hot!

Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet Rosa as she was busy while we were there, but she did leave us a lovely homemade cake to welcome us!

For a stay in Parma, I would definitely recommend the flat. Thank you.

  • The apartment was clean and functional, wifi was very fast and was a beautiful walk through the park to the centre. We'd like to thank Rosalba and Leo for the sparkling wine and delicious cake too.
We loved Parma it was vibrant and very pretty with some excellent restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

  • Rosalba's apartment in Parma was very nice. At first we were at a loss of what to do and there was a language barrier, but after some back and forth we figured out some things. A little more information would have been nice, but the tourist office took care of everything for us. And there are 2 bikes available at the apartment for use (with a bike pump in the kitchen drawers) which was awesome for getting around. And Rosalba left us a cake outside the door, which was really nice, and recommended a really good, cheap place to eat nearby. All in all, I like to have more contact with the host and more information available on arrival, but it was a good stay.

  • An incredibly positive experience. Loved every minute of our stay. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable in this beautiful, peaceful flat. The pictures don't do justice to how wonderful this spot is. Lots of great sunlight. Advice on local places to eat and things to see were enthusiastically provided, as were maps and directions. One of my best Airbnb experiences yet.
