This home is in a scenic location.

Spacious newer home with breathtaking ocean views of the Atlantic. Offers open floor plan with plenty of natural sunlight and quality amenities. Vast outdoor space with incredible deck & outdoor shower. Prime location, minutes to town and beach. Newly renovated chefs kitchen (2025) with stunning ocean and island views of the Atlantic & Clayhead beach!

The space
The MyLife House is a contemporary home designed and inspired by summer living in the north east, particularly by the unique natural beauty of Block Island. It blends the indoor and outdoor environments with the expansive open-living plan along with glass windows and french doors covering the east side of the home. Wake up to the sunrise every morning, and enjoy plenty of natural sunlight, the island sea breeze, and breathtaking ocean views.

The MyLife House has 2 Main suites with King Beds & private bathrooms, 1 King Bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with Two single-beds. The two Main Bedrooms, located on opposite ends of the home, both have private entrances to the outdoors. The remaining bedrooms are spaced out all with separate entries. The outdoor space includes the large wrap around deck, complete with a gas grill, large picnic table, daybed, and several adirondack chairs for relaxing in the fresh island air. One of the highlight of the property, situated on the south side of the large green lawn, is the hand-crafted mahogany/cedar outdoor shower featuring dual rain shower heads and a separate changing space. The fully equipped Chef’s kitchen with a large island and ocean views has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two sinks, and a stand-alone ice maker. The spacious, open Great Room was designed to provide multiple lounge zones, large teak dining room table that seats up to 16, and on the far end an entertainment area with a large sectional couch and mounted flat screen. There is WIFI throughout the entire property.

The MyLife House is the perfect choice for large groups, multi-family vacations, couples retreats, and family reunions.

Pearl Room - Large Main Suite off of southside of house, private entry way, King size bed, large seating area with a sectional, dresser and mounted flat screen, private deck, ensuite bathroom features large glass shower, his and hers sinks and a bathtub.

Surfer Room - Twin bedroom with two single beds, lounge area, luggage racks.

Ocean Mist Room - Queen size bed, storage bench, luggage rack.
