Wonderful location, clean, great price and Benoit was very helpful at welcoming us and providing tips for our stay. After now knowing Paris much more I think this location is ideal. Nestled into the chicest and sweetest part of Paris is Patrick’s Airbnb which was originally a 17th century hotel. Located in St. Germain in the Latin Quarter, just steps from the Seine, a block from Notre Dame, and less than a block from the St. Michel Metro stop, Patrick’s apartment is perfectly situated for someone dying to live as a Parisian, and not just stay in an apartment for a vacation. The apartment itself is “la la bohème” incarnate. The space was artfully designed at the top of a 5 floor walk up, with an entrance bathed in light and gorgeous beams that draw one’s eyes to the spacious living space, with a snuggly bedroom on the right, and to the left is the intentionally contemporary kitchen leading to a bathroom that is spa-like, the perfect place to refresh after long walks all over the lively city. Dream doesn’t even begin to describe this lovely apartment! All the windows on the right side facing the Seine have quintessential views of Parisian rooftops and the other windows face into the building rooftop. There is also a perfectly placed table with two chairs that was topped with a red rose and bottle of wine next to the tv and sofa. The apartment itself is cozy and quiet, warm and inviting, peaceful and perfection. Patrick designed the apartment and while we did not meet with Patrick, we were greeted by his friend Benoit when we arrived (who graciously carried all our luggage), and also spent time explaining his neighborhood as well as showing us his favorite restaurants and boulangeries on a homemade map that we used every day! Benoit and Patrick were so good to us, they even gifted us a lovely perfume set and arranged for a taxi at the end of our stay. It’s been almost two weeks since we left Patrick’s apartment and not a day goes by that we don’t miss it. Everything about Patrick’s Airbnb is perfection: The apartment itself, location, incredibly friendly professionalism and ease of scheduling as well as communication. We will be back: we hope sooner rather than later! Merci beaucoup Patrick and Benoit!!!
Great flat, good location, well (email hidden)noit is very helpful, who carry such a heavy baggage to the 5th floor. We cooked breakfast very morning, bought bread, had coffee in the little bar.live a real Paris life.
Thank you so much Patrick for sharing your beautiful apartment with us. We were meet by Beniot Patricks associate who was very welcoming and showed us everything to do with the apartment even a bottle of wine was left. We appreciate all the effort Patrick has put into this apartment as a lover of style he has thought of everything fine detail you would need. Great area and a hand drawn map to boot. Take our advice and book this apartment early there are 100 stairs but it's well worth it and you feel like your a local.
Thank you also Patrick for my lovely gift very thoughtful. Loved Paris
My daughter and I spent a week in Patrick Coustet's apartment. The apartment is located on a quiet little cobblestone street located on the left bank. Rue Savoie resembled a scene out of an old Audrey Hepburn movie. We were greeted by Benoit, the caretaker, for the apartment. Benoit was so nice and helpful. He carried our luggage up to the sixth floor. Benoit opened the door to the most charming, incredibly clean, renovated beautiful apartment. The apartment was completely redone and we weren't surprised to learn that Patrick is an architect. The apartment was finished with all top-of-the-line amenities. We had an incredible stay and look forward to staying again in Patrick's beautiful apartment.
Our stay in Paris was wonderful, and Patrick's apartment couldn't have been more perfect! The location can't get any better - you are within walking distance to everything and Patrick was the most gracious host! He greeted us upon our arrival, showed us where we could find everything in the apartment, gave us a few restaurant recommendations.. all of which were delicious and kindly left us a bottle of wine! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Patrick!
