Brand new Stearns and Foster mattresses on the king and queen beds. This unit comes with a fabulous sunset view from the large private deck. Located right between the two pools and next to the playground. Notch Estates also includes nature trails and a private pond for catch and release. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Non-smoking and no pets please.
