Brand new listing at Ocean Edge in The Villages! Recently purchased and renovated, this standalone home is located at the end of a lovely cul-de-sac with backyard patio, resort amenities and direct access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Home includes fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths, living room, dining area, and large loft that sleeps four. Homeowners are golf-members at Ocean Edge, so renters may get sponsored guest passes to access the resort amenities for a small add-on fee.

The space
One of the few standalone houses at Ocean Edge Resort, this home boasts two bedrooms, a large sleeping loft with 4 beds and two full bathrooms - one recently renovated. 3 heavy duty A/C units, washer/dryer, patio dining and grill, lawn and family games.

*Note - The 'art' above the fireplace is actually a Samsung Frame TV with lots of streaming services.

Linens provided on all beds and towels in all bathrooms.

Homeowners are full members at Ocean Edge which allows renters to enjoy the resort amenities for a small additional fee. At the time of booking, please express interest in guess passes and we'll set them up for you.

Sponsored Guest Passes include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, basketball court and scheduled Children's Activities throughout The Villages. Both pools are 1 mile from the house (walking or biking distance).

The fees are:

Weekly Pass-
• Adult - $70
• Child - $30 (free below 6 years old)

Day Pass -
• Adult - $20
• Child - $10 (free below 6 years old)

OCEAN EDGE GOLF COURSE:
Fee includes cart, driving range and short game practice area.
Memorial Day - Labor Day: Adult - $140 per player
Juniors (10-15 years old) - $79 per player

TENNIS & PICKLEBALL:
Courts- $20 per hour/court

BIKE RENTALS:
Full Day: Adult - $35 Child - $25 Toddler Trailer - $15

BLUEBERRY POND SUP & KAYAK RENTALS:

Arrival and Parking:
Ocean Edge Villages is a gated community with entrances from either Route 137 or Route 6A. Guards are on duty at entrances.

BAY PINES: Ocean Edge Private Beach
Sponsored Guests do not have use of the Ocean Edge Private Beach. However, the beach adjacent to the private beach is open to the public and allows for coolers and outside food (unlike the Ocean Edge Beach). Please ask for additional details/directions if interested.

Town/State Beach parking fees are in effect from June 15th to September 4th, from 9AM to 4PM. No fees for walkers or bikers. Parking is $20 per day. If driving your own car, reserving and paying for parking ahead of time is highly recommended.
