Gian made sure that I was able to find his apartment by sending me a simple but very helpful map. He met us exactly when he said he would at his apartment.
The place was perfect. Everything was great. The appliances were either intuitive or well instructed. The functions of the home performed very smoothly. The bed and feel of the place were super comfortable.
The location is wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised with its close proximity to great shopping and attractions.
I would highly recommend staying here.
Me and my boyfriend both loved staying in this beautiful studio in the heart of Florence! All of the appliances were brand spanking new and included a DISHWASHER! I didn't have the chance to meet Gian in person however he made it easy for us by giving simple clear instructions on how to obtain the key and where the apartment was so we had absolutely no problems. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Florence!
Apartment was great and spacious, host was friendly and provided instructions and answers when I had questions. I would recommend.
The apartment is gorgeous and exactly as described, with a great location near the Arno. It was very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Gian had great communication and picking up / returning the keys was straight forward. The building is clean and feels very safe - in fact it's right opposite a Carabinieri station! There is a supermarket 30 secs from the apartment and lots of nice bars and restaurants in the local area - Gian had a good recommendation for San Carlo, a bar just down the road. The apartment is a short walk from the centre of Florence, with all its attractions and shops and also really easy to get to from Stazione Santa Maria Novella. We had a fabulous stay - Gian's place is great value for money and we hope to stay here again next time we visit Florence.
Gian's place was located in a convenient, safe, and quiet area. It was accurately described and clean and spacious inside. Overall, a beautiful apartment. Gian was quick to respond to communications and had prepared everything for us. We would stay there again!
The location is perfect, the flat very spatious, tastefully and sensitively renovated and decorated. The perfect Florence "getaway" and so pleasant to come home to in the evening.
