Come stay at our charming apartment in the heart of Beacon Hill!
Our sun-filled apartment is on the third floor of a walk-up brownstone in one of Boston’s most desirable neighborhoods. We live in a beautifully furnished two bedroom, two full-bath apartment that comes with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The first floor of our home boasts a full kitchen, large living room, private bedroom, and private bathroom with shower/tub. The bedroom has a queen size bed and is equipped with a Flat-screen TV. The bed will have fresh sheets and towels will be set-out in the bathroom upon your arrival. Please bring your own toiletries.
The kitchen is of moderate size, and allows us to do a lot of cooking. We have a toaster, KitchenAid mixer, Vitamix, coffee maker, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils, and pots & pans. All of our kitchen supplies are available for your use.
Our living room is a great place to kick back and relax. Enjoy some home-cooked food or takeout at our dinning table (seats 4) or cozy up by the fire with a good book. We also have a 55” Flat-screen LED TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and an iPod SoundDock for your entertainment.
Secure high-speed wireless internet is included. My boyfriend is a computer programmer so I can promise you it is fast Wi-Fi.
It can’t be beat in Boston! Our home is located just steps from Mass General Hospital, the Charles River, the Boston Public Garden, Boston Common, and one of Boston’s most popular streets, Charles Street. We are also just a short walk or T-ride from the Freedom Trail, Copley Square, Newbury Street, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, the North End, MIT, Cambridge, and Harvard Square.
W Cedar Street is a quite, friendly street lined with cobblestone sidewalks and brownstones providing a quintessential “old” Boston feel. Our street runs parallel to Charles St, which has numerous wonderful restaurants, clothing stores, salons, bars, and cafes.
Public Transit is very close and convenient – Red line (Charles/MGH is 4min walk, Park St 15min), Green line (Government Center 15min, Arlington 15min, Park St 15min). We are only a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport (around $25) or a 35 minute ride by public transportation ($2.50/person).
Whether you are looking to walk the Freedom Trail, jump on a Duck Boat Tour, shop on Newbury St, or take a leisurely walk down Charles St and grab a bit to eat, you will find it all within walking distance. You could not be more conveniently located to take in all of the sites the city has to offer.
Please make sure you read the house rules and our entire posting before you inquire and book. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed, sorry. Please contact me and share a little bit about yourself before booking! Thanks!

Charming apartment located in Boston's most historic neighborhood where everything is within walking distance. Kaitlyn gave us all the information we needed and made sure we were comfortable. We did not have a chance to spend a lot of time with our hosts but they were very nice with us and made us feel like home.
Our stay with Kaitlyn and Matt was great. They were friendly hosts and provided us with good advice regarding places to eat and things to do in Boston. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bedroom is very quiet allowing a great nights sleep.
We loved the Beacon Hill neighborhood and thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay in Boston. Its one of the most charming neighborhoods that we've ever come across with its beautiful historic homes.
Kaitlyn's apartment is very close to the train station, Boston Common and Charles street with its many charming restaurants. Its also a great location for accessing all of the interesting areas in Boston. You can easily walk to many areas within 15 minutes or alternatively catch the train a few stops.
We thoroughly recommend staying here in this beautiful Beacon Hill apartment!!
Kaitlyn and Matt were very gracious hosts! The first time we met Kaitlyn, she was happy to chat and give us tons of recommendations. I didn't see much of them the rest of the week but they were accessible via phone and were prompt in their responses.
The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures suggest, and is VERY well located. Almost everything we needed to get to was within walking distance, and everything else was a quick ride away on T. Speaking of the T, MGH station (red line) and Park St station (green line) are a fast, scenic walk away and even Bowdoin station (blue line from the airport) was fairly close. The neighborhood is also quaint and extremely safe.
If you are bringing large luggage, you might struggle with the narrow sidewalks in the neighborhood and with the steep and tight stairs up to the actual apartment. I brought carry-ons only so I didn't have this problem, but I could see how people might.
Overall, great stay! I'd definitely recommend.
Kaitlyn's accommodation was the perfect location for Boston, quiet yet right in the heart of Beacon Hill. She has a lovely place and is very kind and welcoming. I would love to stay here again.
We loved the room and apartment at Kaitlyn and Matt's place. It was cosy and very comfortable especially in Boston's cold temperatures. The location was great, within walking distance of the Boston Common and the red line on the T. Kaitlyn and Matt were also lovely and told us about local spots to eat. Highly recommend their place if you're travelling to Boston.
El piso es muy acogedror y está muy bien ubicado en un barrio centrico y con encanto. Kaitlyn fue muy amable con sus consejos de que visitar y restaurantes en la zona.
Awesome place! And here's why:
Place: good location, minutes walk from restaurants & cafes (popular Paramount cafe is nearby). Short walk to MGH t-station, boston common. Ard 15 mins to newbury st. Cosy bed, very tidy place. And you have a private washroom.
Host: friendly & approachable. Always responsive to any questions/doubts i had. Couldn't be better!

My boyfriend and I are young professionals living in Beacon Hill in Boston. Matt is a software engineer at a local Boston company, while I am a digital marketing professional at a consumer web company. I like watching Patriots games, dancing, and relaxing with a good book. Matt enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, and running on the Charles River. We both love to spend our free time traveling and exploring new places. We also love hosting guests and it would be our pleasure to open our apartment to you!
