Come stay at our charming apartment in the heart of Beacon Hill!
Our sun-filled apartment is on the third floor of a walk-up brownstone in one of Boston’s most desirable neighborhoods. We live in a beautifully furnished two bedroom, two full-bath apartment that comes with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The first floor of our home boasts a full kitchen, large living room, private bedroom, and private bathroom with shower/tub. The bedroom has a queen size bed and is equipped with a Flat-screen TV. The bed will have fresh sheets and towels will be set-out in the bathroom upon your arrival. Please bring your own toiletries.
The kitchen is of moderate size, and allows us to do a lot of cooking. We have a toaster, KitchenAid mixer, Vitamix, coffee maker, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils, and pots & pans. All of our kitchen supplies are available for your use.
Our living room is a great place to kick back and relax. Enjoy some home-cooked food or takeout at our dinning table (seats 4) or cozy up by the fire with a good book. We also have a 55” Flat-screen LED TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and an iPod SoundDock for your entertainment.
Secure high-speed wireless internet is included. My boyfriend is a computer programmer so I can promise you it is fast Wi-Fi.
It can’t be beat in Boston! Our home is located just steps from Mass General Hospital, the Charles River, the Boston Public Garden, Boston Common, and one of Boston’s most popular streets, Charles Street. We are also just a short walk or T-ride from the Freedom Trail, Copley Square, Newbury Street, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, the North End, MIT, Cambridge, and Harvard Square.
W Cedar Street is a quite, friendly street lined with cobblestone sidewalks and brownstones providing a quintessential “old” Boston feel. Our street runs parallel to Charles St, which has numerous wonderful restaurants, clothing stores, salons, bars, and cafes.
Public Transit is very close and convenient – Red line (Charles/MGH is 4min walk, Park St 15min), Green line (Government Center 15min, Arlington 15min, Park St 15min). We are only a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport (around $25) or a 35 minute ride by public transportation ($2.50/person).
Whether you are looking to walk the Freedom Trail, jump on a Duck Boat Tour, shop on Newbury St, or take a leisurely walk down Charles St and grab a bit to eat, you will find it all within walking distance. You could not be more conveniently located to take in all of the sites the city has to offer.
Please make sure you read the house rules and our entire posting before you inquire and book. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed, sorry. Please contact me and share a little bit about yourself before booking! Thanks!
We loved the room and apartment at Kaitlyn and Matt's place. It was cosy and very comfortable especially in Boston's cold temperatures. The location was great, within walking distance of the Boston Common and the red line on the T. Kaitlyn and Matt were also lovely and told us about local spots to eat. Highly recommend their place if you're travelling to Boston.
Awesome place! And here's why:
Place: good location, minutes walk from restaurants & cafes (popular Paramount cafe is nearby). Short walk to MGH t-station, boston common. Ard 15 mins to newbury st. Cosy bed, very tidy place. And you have a private washroom.
Host: friendly & approachable. Always responsive to any questions/doubts i had. Couldn't be better!
Great location at the foot of Beacon Hill and a cozy apartment.
Great stay in Boston. Beautiful city, lots of pubs and restaurants. Very historical.
Very helpful host, we even have our basketball tickets sent to before our arrival.
She also told us great places to visit in Boston.
We recommend Kaitlyn's place.
My stay at Kaitlyn's apartment was wonderful. The pictures do not do the place justice. It was so close to everything we wanted to explore in the city. Kaitlyn was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone.
The apartment is very well located, Beacon Hill is a very nice part of Boston. Our room and bathroom were very clean and even if we did not meet the host Kaitlyin, her boyfriend Matt was very nice giving us recommendation for restaurants. We had some problems with the stairs as they are very small and steep and to bring on the 3rd floor 4 luggages was very hard but we made it at the end! Apartment is like in the pictures, beautiful and it has a lot of light thanks to all the windows. Nice experience, we enjoyed being there.
We stayed for 3 nights at Kaitlyns place. It is a perfect place for a short visit since it is right in the center of almost everything. Kaitlyn made sure that everything was well prepared and in place, we really had a great time!
A fabulous apartment in a lovely location. Kaitlyn was a great host and was able to give us lots of useful information for our stay in the city. Would recommend this to other couples/singles looking to stay in the beautiful Beacon Hill area of the city.
Kaitlyn's apartment is every bit as picturesque as it appears on the web site. The Beacon Hill location was perfect. Kaitlyn was there to greet us and made us feel right at home. This is a definite DO on your list of places to stay. Barbara and Lee Boatright
We had a fabulous stay at Kaitlyn and Matt's home. We were very comfortable there. As stated in other reviews the apartment is up three flights of stairs but it kept us in shape for walking all over the city. Their home is in a beautiful part of town. Beacon hill is a great place to be and easy to get around. They were great hosts easy to talk with and very kind to share their home with us. We highly recommend their place. Eileen and Gary
