  • The location of the house is really good, Jones was very helpful and his instructions were great! The apartment was very clean and the bathroom was clean as well. The only downside that we found is that the sheets weren't so clean and we could have just brought ours. Other than that I'd definitely suggest this place.

  • Very spacious place: two double beds and two couches. Great location as it is in the middle of K-town - close to a lot of amazing eateries and downtown area. Place was very clean when we got there and lots of amenities are provided (towels, extra blankets and toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). Internet is unfortunately very slow and Jones (the host) is very hard to contact if anything comes up during the stay as he responds very slowly. Other than that, it is a great place! Highly recommended.

  • Jones' apartment was very spacious - we had 4 guests total and it was a very comfortable stay. Location was very convenient and having a dedicated parking space was nice since street parking was limited. We had a bit of time to kill during a rainy weekend so having a chess set and great stereo/sound system (with aux. connection) in the apartment was great. Having an in-unit washer/dryer was a great plus too. Jones leaves very detailed instructions on how to access keys and get in upon arrival - which helped a lot since we got there at around 3am after a delayed flight. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.
