The neighborhood is really green and quite but at the same time full of shops restaurants bar market a supermarkets. Also there's a nice park just around the corner!
The flat was very spacious and lovely. It is quite old but the decor and look is part of the charm. The host Alessandro was very welcoming and quick to assist whenever I needed. The wifi can be a bit slow so will give that a rating of 8/10. The location is not close to the centre of town but a bus after a 5-7min walk takes you right into the centre of town where the sights are in 25mins. And the kitchen is stocked with essentials you don't need to waste money on such as sail. sugar, pepper, olive oil etc. I recommend this place.
Alessandro is a lovely host; I had a late flight and he waited until past 10:00 pm for me and took the time to tell me about the neighbourhood and public transport.
This apartment is in a nice neighbourhood with lots of supermarkets, places to eat and shopping.
If you want a home in Rome, this is the place for you away from all the touristy areas.
La casa es bueno aun solo tiene una habitación y la casa es un poco vieja.El internet es malo ,muy malo, casi no tiene internet.pero el casero es muy bueno,me encanta.
The internet speed is excellent: 6 mbs in download - It is a modem 3g WIFI which should only be located in an area close to the windows to get a good connection. When I got home I noticed that the modem 3g was moved to an inner area of the apartment where there was not much connection (works like a cell phone) If I had been made aware of the problem with internet, I could have explained right away where to place the modem . I'm sorry that they didn't contact me right away to resolve the problem.
Appartement très agréable, comme décrit. Quartier calme et sympa. Tout est à disposition pour cuisiner, faire une lessive.
First of all to say that the apartment is exactly like in the pictures. It's a very big and confortable apartment with all you can need for enjoying Rome like a rome citizen. It's a little bit old but everything works properly. The only small thing that I can say is that the sofa is little bit old and not very confortable, but as It has other individual two, that is not really important. The area is very quite and very well connected with the city center by bus (bus stop around 5 minutes walking from home). A lot of bars, farmacies, supermarkets and everything you could need in the area.
About Alessandro just to say that is very friendly and close during your stay. As an example to say that I had a problem with the shower cable (nothing important) and he solved it very early next day in the morning. Besides, he explained me all about area, and answered me very fast when I asked whatever thing.
Wifi is really good even when it is not a broadband connection. He gave me a 3G router wifi which it worked very well and very fast. Do not hesitate to rent the apartment if you are going to be in Rome some days. You will enjoy it very much.
Alessandro was an extremely welcoming host. He picked me up from Rome central station and pointed out local eateries, shops and bus stops. He also alerted me to a pending bus strike which would affect my journey home.
The apartment itself was lovely and spacious, with everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen. The area is out of Rome but the centre is easily accessible by bus, and this gives you an feeling of being a local rather than a tourist!

I'm really enjoying sharing my knowledge and experiences of the city through the many wonderful people who've stayed as my guests through Airbnb - what a fantastic concept it is. I take much pleasure in making sure anyone staying with me has a great experience and stay and have a very professional approach in the preparation and presentation of my apartment.
If you've got any questions or need any help while planning your trip to Rome I'd be very happy to lend a helping hand.
