  • Alessandro's place was great. Comfortable, quiet, but still a 20-25min bus ride to the centre. Alessandro picked us up at the train station and showed us where the supermarket and bus stops were. A very enjoyable experience overall.

  • After spending each day of my one week in Rome walking my feet off sightseeing, it was such a pleasure to return to Alessandro's lovely apartment. It was spacious, clean, well appointed, comfortable bed - what can I say, I felt right at home. I loved the neighborhood (well out of the busy city center) yet easy enough to get into the old city center using various buses. There were plenty of convenient shops and supermarkets, eateries, etc. within easy walking distance. Alessandro was wonderfully helpful, showing me around the apartment and neighborhood, giving great sightseeing advice, and even available during the week for questions. An absolute thumbs up for this apartment.

  • Just awesome! The apartment is much better than the photo. Huge balcony on 2 sides. The apartment is very large and clean. The original design, natural mateialy, thought all the details for the convenience of guests. Alessandro is very sweet and caring, constantly in touch. He takes guests to Termini, which is very convenient. The apartments are not in the center but in a very safe and green area of the park, and to Termini can be reached in 25-35 minutes. I enjoyed being there. Thank you Alessandro.

  • Ciao Alessandro! We enjoyed our stay at your apartment very much!
It's was a super service that you picked us up at Termini railway station! The apartment is furnished in a typical classical Italian way, from nice art on the walls, hand painted tiles on the floor in the bathroom and with a very nice balcony. The apartment is in a nice quiet residential area, where breakfast in a bar only costs € 2! (for a cappuccino and a cornetto). We will definitely come back!

  • Alessandro's home was beautiful and charming, it had a fully equipped kitchen with all the basic appliances. As a host Alessandro was very polite and generous and always made himself available to us as he aids you with a phone which has direct contact to him. As the wifi was pocket wifi it was a tad slow but it wasn't a major hassle. Alessandro was a wonderful host as he picked us up from the train station and drove us to the apartment which was a great help.

  • A Classic Home in Rome was the most wonderful experience. Being my first time traveling to Europe, Alessandro made me feel right at home. The apartment was grand. A short bus ride into the center of Rome made it very easy to see all parts of the beautiful city. The Italian cell phone and wifi was such a pleasure to have also. If I get the opportunity to travel to Rome again, I wouldn't think twice about contacting Alessandro. Absolutely outstanding host.
    Ciao, -Ben

  • EXCELLENT we loved staying here. The locals were so helpful and seemed to enjoy having us around. Dont be put off by the distance from city centre it is a quick and easy trip on the bus for 3 euro round trip or a 6 euro day pass and was nice to be able to go for a walk away from the hussle and bussle of the busy city. There is still plenty around to look at. We caught the bus into the termini every day and then every thing was walking distance from there, so easy. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. I loved the old furnishings it was like stepping back in time. The apartment is not airconditioned but you dont need it, it stays lovely and cool with the privacy shutters and Alessandro has provided 2 fans which was all that is needed. The kitchen is well appointed and the shower hot and enjoyable there is also access to a washing machine in the apartment. My husband particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. As a host Alessandro was fantastic showing us where everything was located in the area on arrival. He also picked us up from the train station and went out of his way and dropped us back there with our luggage. We also left something behind and he quickly contacted us and arranged to get it back to us THANK YOU. Staying here made our Rome holiday easy and enjoyable. Every thing is close by including supermarkets. We would have no hesitation in staying here again relaxing and comfortable

  • Great apartment and a great owner! Alessandro met us at the train station by car. The apartment is not in the center of Rome, but VERY VERY convenient bus routes. Both to the city center, to the train station, to the Altar of the Fatherland, and almost to the Vatican. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Any detail - from coffee cups and to two bathrooms. Apartment's design very great, like from the classic pre-war films about Rome! At the area there are several supermarkets with different price policies and market. Be sure try to stay here for the next trip to Rome. Thank you Alessandro very much!
