The best thing about my place is location location location! It is half a block away from the bart (subway). Hop on the cheap bart (subway) at SFO airport for a 20 min ride and once you get off at 24th street walk half a block and you're at my place! The bart (subway) is also good for going anywhere else you want to go in the city. My apartment is also located in the middle of the Mission district which is full of very nice, walkable, and fun places to eat, drink, and wonderful parks to visit. I love where I live:)
You will stay in a small sized bedroom that fits two people comfortably and have a small dresser to put your stuff in and a place with many hangers to hang up clothes in the same room. The living room is medium sized and very sunny and comfy with a flat screen TV and a couch and table and basically your average living room. There is a full small kitchen, also with a table, and bathroom with all the supplies for normal living. I keep everything very clean and tidy and expect you too as well:)
PLEASE NOTE: If three people choose to book the place or two people who don't want to share the full bed then there is a single sized air mattress, couch or sleeping mats to sleep on in the living room. They are comfortable and people have slept well on both of them, however, they aren't real beds so if you're looking for a bed type sleeping situation then these options may not be for you.
There is free wifi and coin operated laundry in the building. There are also much bigger and more convenient washing/drying machines right around the corner outside the apartment complex from where I live on 25th before you come to Mission. The apartment is by no means extravagant but has a lot of character. Please note as well that it is on the top third floor with a great sunny view but there is no elevator. It is a great, simple, place to stay for a traveler(s) for a while to explore the city as I mentioned it is right in the middle of everything and next to the bart (subway) and other buses that take you wherever you want to go very easily and conveniently. 99% of people really love staying here as can be seen from my reviews. Free parking is also not hard to do if you are willing to read street signs and move your car accordingly to avoid tickets. I have an erratic teaching/work schedule and am based out of a few locations so if I can't meet you in person I may have to have others give you the keys or you may have to pick up the key in a secret spot that is very easy and I'll let you know about. I am also very clean, and a pretty super easy, fantastic person to get along with:) Contact me if you're interested and I'll get back to you very promptly. Thanks:)
****In the case of a cancellation, if you cancel your whole reservation the cancellation policy of air b and b will be enacted. In the case that you want to cancel on some days in your reservation then I will only give you your full money back if I can book other people for those same days.*****
***the check in time of flexible means that I sometimes can get you in early and sometimes I can get you in later. I am a teacher most days and don't get off till 4/5pm so please keep that in mind***

The apartment is ideally located in the center of Mission and super close to the BART. But anyway my favorite places were walking distance from the apartment... which makes it an ideal spot to discover all the best neighborhoods of San Francisco !
Moreover Ryan was really helpful and the communication was great, which makes you automatically feel at home :)
I would definitely come back to this place for a future visit in SF !
Ryan was a very attentive host who left perfect instructions and was easy to get a hold of. With great communication, he made every part of this transaction smooth. His apartment was cute, and the perfect size for two people to share for a long weekend in SF. And the location does not get better than this. If you want to hang out in the Mission, a neighborhood with SO MUCH to offer, then this is the place to do it. Stone's throw to fantastic bars, restaurants, the BART, parks, beautiful murals and Philz, my new favorite coffee shop. Would absolutely stay here again.
Beautiful place! Thank you!
Ryan came to my rescue in the 11th hour. Great with communication and he has his airbnb process down pat! Also very close to bart! Perfect for getting around town.
I stayed 5 days in ryan's appartement. I really felt in home, it has everything you need, its location its perfect to explote the city (if you dont mind taking the train, which is really close)
I had the bad luck of being in SF during cold weather and the appartement doesn't have the best heat unit, there is one in the living room but the bedroom was soooo cold, even with 3 blankets and 2 sweathers I had a lot of cold.
Beside that and if you dont suffer from cold like me, I recomend ryan's appartement with no doubt
Hey Hector. Yes, it is very rare how cold SF got that week. However, I didn't realize you were so cold. During the times we chatted and communicated through email if you would have mentioned it I could have let you use my space heater that I have in the apartment that is a very good heater which I usually use about once or twice a year or so. There was an easy fix for the rare coldness. Next time, just ask:)
Fantastic place, near to everything, humble and nice ! I would recommend this to anyone new or experienced visitor to SF. great food places nearby and 30 mins walk to the centre of the city if you wanna a nice stroll.
Will be back for sure :D
This was a great place to stay. It has a beautiful view and was very close to a BART station.
This was my first experience staying at a place through airbnb and it could not have gone smoother. Ryan was super easy to get ahold of and I felt perfectly at home in his apartment. Thanks a lot!
The apartment is super nice, and Ryan was really helpful with everything needed.
Would recommend anyone to stay here :)
Ryan communicates extremely well and the apartment was clean and functional, as well as easy to get to from the airport.
Ryan has a good apartment if you are looking to stay in the Mission. During our stay, we were able to walk to some of the popular food/drink spots. The neighborhood itself is up and coming and not completely 'gentrified' yet, but Ryan's place is a humble oasis from some of the neighborhood dirtiness; it's clean and functional. If you don't want to hang in the mission, you don't have to. The BART and bus lines are right up the street. We were also to cab to other parts of town for about $10-20 total.
