This was a lovely apartment within walking distance to town. The listing was as it appeared online. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The bottle of wine was a real welcoming treat. The air conditioner was an unexpected bonus and really helped a lot on the 98 degree day.
Addie's one bedroom house had everything in it that one might need for a stay. It was really nice to have the bedroom downstairs, so that one needn't drag suitcases up to the living room and kitchen area. Though there were very few window coverings, it really did not matter as the place is so private no one can see in the windows. The guest house was three or four blocks from downtown Nevada city so if you choose to walk in to town rather than drive in, it's quite convenient. We have stayed in and around Nevada city many times, and I would say this is my favorite place. Give it a try!
Place looked just like the photos and was within easy walking distance of downtown Nevada City. Spent a couple hours just sitting on the upstairs patio soaking in the trees and the neighborhood which. The downtown area is pretty charming as well and Addie left a list of great places to check out.
Addie's place was perfect for our stay. It was great walking through town and to the park with our two year-old son. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, the bathroom included toiletries in case we forgot, and the living space was light and roomy. It was also child-safe, which I appreciated. There was even have a pack n play for people to use. We would definitely like to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.
