This single-level home features 3 beautifully styled bedrooms, including a King suite, Queen room, and a Baylor-themed room with two Full beds. With sleep space for up to 10 guests, additional accommodations include a leather sectional, a Novogratz futon, and comfortable gathering areas throughout the home. Each room is equipped with thoughtful extras—sound machines, essential oil diffusers, luxury eucalyptus bedding, blackout blinds, and remote-controlled fans for your comfort.

The fully equipped designer kitchen includes an air fryer, kids’ dishware, cookbooks, and eat-in island seating, while the dining and lounge spaces are perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Enjoy a curated coffee and cocktail bar, tucked-away workspaces with ring lights and strong Wi-Fi, and cozy reading nooks.
