Great check-in experience100% of recent guests gave this home’s check-in process a 5-star rating.

UPDATE: Now with WiFi (I just got it put in at the beginning of January 2013.), so you may surf to your heart's content!

My homey condo wants to host you. Located on Green Street, a lovely block in the Art Museum neighborhood, this one bedroom hardwood pied a terre serves as an easy base for exploring Philadelphia. Ten minute walk to the new Barnes Foundation, 12 to the Art Museum (live out your Rocky fantasies). 15-20 to Center City or the Schuylkill river (beautiful running for the aerobically-inclined among you).
And after you have stuffed yourself full of cheese steaks and taken in a show, return home and have a relaxing evening in front of the fireplace or grill on the roof deck upstairs and enjoy a beer while digging the view of Philly's wildly underrated skyline.
The street itself is quiet and peaceful, but very close to restaurants and bars aplenty, including St. Stephen's Green, a dynamite gastropub literally a 40 second walk away. So please come, stay in my digs, and see everything that Philly has to offer!

Timothy's place was was just right for our trip. Not far from city center and we fit four people comfortably with an air mattress. Parking was very difficult though, so be prepared to search for awhile (at least during the Summer afternoons).

Tim's place is a nice amount of space with high ceilings. He was quick to answer my questions and flexible on check-in and check-out times. A lot of interesting books to read and the public roofdeck is good for hanging out and views of the city. His place is in a great neighborho…

Tim's apartment met our needs for two nights in Philadelphia. It's on a great block (surprisingly, had no trouble finding parking), within walking distance of plenty, and convenient to the train. While there's no tv, my husband hooked up on his tablet using wifi, no prob…

Timothy's place is a great little apartment in a fairly quiet neighborhood of Philadelphia where you easily feel right at home. He was very accommodating as a host, 5/5 would stay here again!

Tim's place was perfect for two people who spent most days sightseeing. The location was ideal for someone who wants to be close to the city without hearing city noises. The roof deck was a plus even though we didn't use it often. Tim was a wonderful host, who replayed quickly…

I like stories, yoga, traveling, and long bike rides at night. When I think about summer camp, I smile. I am introverted, but not especially shy. I don't understand how Belgian wheat beer is in any way desirable. While a Snuggie may be one of the signs that we are well on the ro…
