Great location in the heart of Little Italy. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Apartment itself is very comfortable with central air and heat, spacious apartment with all the typical living needs and pull-out couch for 2nd bed or 3rd/4th guest
1 Bedroom apartment with Queen bed in bedroom and pullout, L-shaped couch in living room, and last but not least, a small balcony.
The location is AMAZING - right in the middle of Little Italy which is 5 minute walk from SoHo (shopping, trendy bars, etc), Chinatown (to buy America's best products, LOL), and Lower East Side (more trendy bars, eclectic NYC life).
The kitchen is fully stocked with most kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes for up to 4; coffee maker, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, etc I usually keep around for your convenience.
Pretty large living room and big enough of a bedroom to get up on either side of the bed.
Small BALCONY looking over Little Italy...if you like the "vibe" of the city, you get inspired by just taking a step outside and seeing LIttle Italy literally at your feet!
We are also a 5 minute walk from the "6" train which can take you downtown to World Trade Center area in 5 more minutes, Union Square in 5 minutes, Central Park in 20 minutes, etc.. 7 minute walk from N/R trains which can take you all the way up Broadway to Times square in 20 minutes and up through central Manhattan. 5 minute walk from B/D train which can take you to the West side of Manhattan - West Village, Madison Square Garden, etc.
Take a walk over the Brooklyn bridge, 15-20 minute walk or 5 min train ride away.
You will thoroughly enjoy the quiet neighborhood (Italian restaurants closed around 10pm and it becomes quiet) and the ability to get almost anywhere in Manhattan within 20-30 minutes. Along with the Italian and obviously Chinese cuisines, almost any type of cuisine can be found within a 10 minute walk through SoHo or Lower East Side.
Buliding is an elevator building with NO STAIRS.
There are laundry facilities downstairs in the same building, but shares with the other 11 apartments in the building. There are a pair of washers and dryers. Coin operated. I have detergent in stock if you want to do a load while you are here.
Wireless internet (password provided upon your booking/arrival), HD Cable TV, Towels, Sheets, cooking utensils, etc. Make my home yours for your visit to NYC and live like a New Yorker!
(Soon I will be updating the pics as I have added a dining table and bar stools so there is a way to sit down and eat, and my TV is new as well...sorry you don't see it in the pictures).
We have central air and heating.
Upon your booking I will usually request your approximate arrival time and departure time. The typical check-in is 2pm and check-out is 11am. Anything outside those times please let me know so we can adjust. I can be flexible by a few hours for check-out if the next guest is arriving later. You can also leave your bags/drop your bags and go have some coffee or lunch if you are leaving late/arriving early and the cleaning between guests needs to be done.
Thanks and I hope to see your booking soon...
They will have access to the entire apartment, including a full kitchen with average amount of stuff for a family of 3-4. I am very business minded and therefore have the BEST WiFi package from my provider. You will find very fast WiFi at my apartment.
I will stay in touch by email and phone if needed. I have found that the guests have been good about finding the keys in the lockbox and letting themselves in and departing the apartment. I can always be reached by phone, whatsapp, and email.
It is THE center of little italy, giving it a real New York City feel. It is very touristy, while also showing a unique side of New York with the Italian guys out front coaxing you to come inside to eat.
As busy and bustling as it is during the day, it is EXTREMELY QUIET at night when I need to sleep. Little Italy is not a place for bars or night clubs...it is all about the restaurants.
I also like that we are close to a bunch of public transportation options, good eating other than Italian, and shopping in SoHo.
Very near to the 6 (email hidden), and B/D (email hidden).

Perfect appartment, exactly as described. Perfect neighborhood. Rob is a very helpful host, always available by phone, sms etc.... We had really nice time there.
Really enjoyed our stay! Robert is an excellent host, very accommodating and helpful. Everything is very well set up and efficient. The apartment itself is quite nice, very clean and an enjoyable retreat at the end of a day out enjoying NYC.
Rob's place was a clean and quiet oasis in the middle of Little Italy. It's a super convenient location for those who, like me, prefer the vibe of downtown Manhattan. The apartment was surprisingly quiet for how busy the area is. Rob is also a great host - he went out of his way to help us figure out how to get packages delivered to his place while we were there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Robert's apartment in Little Italy had everything we needed for our 5 day stay in New York. A funky neighbourhood, easy walking distance to subway stations, closeby restaurants, reliable wifi, a well equipped kitchen, a working tv and a comfy bed. The space was cosy and quiet after the restaurants closed down.
We had a perfect stay! The apartment is comfortable, clean, etc. and the location proved to be perfect for Chinese New Year, shopping in SoHo, favorite old Italian restaurants and theater in Greenwich Village.
Great stay at Robert's apt. The place was very clean and comfortable. Will def stay there again.
Staying at Roberts is a breeze! The place very serviceable, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it for an economical and fun place to stay in NYC.
Our stay in Robert’s place was really nice and comfortable. The location is just perfect and the house had all what we need: a good bed, hitting working perfect and the shower was great! Although the first day we arrived we had a bad experience with the bed sheets, Robert immediately fixed it and surprised us with beautiful flowers and some snacks. We will definitely recommend Robert’s place.
Location, location, location! This place could not be more perfectly situated. Mulberry Street neighborhood is so charming and several subway lines are located within a short walk.
The apartment is spacious enough, was super clean and the kitchen rocks. Pullout couch and bed were very comfortable, and the elevator was a nice luxury.
We did encounter a couple of things that needed attention-- one stool was broken, so only two stools were available and the vertical blinds in the living room are in bad shape. If you didn't need to sleep in the living room, you could leave them open and it would be fine but we had to open and close them and it was a hassle.
Everything else was great!
This appartment was fully in line with our requirements : comfortable, spacefull, clean, ideally situated for restaurants, shopping, subway, etc. and very quiet during the night. May be just one small issue (but I guess that's the pb anywhere in NYC) : you may hear garbage trucks working in the night.
We did not see Robert directly, but there was no problem to contact him if needed.
The day we left, Robert also agreed to extend our stay in the afternoon because our flight was late in the evening and there was no other guest coming this day (thank you again :-).
In a few word : I recommend you this appartment, you will like it a lot!
