  • This is a lovely Riad located in a very convenient place in the Medina.Retaining so many of the original features so if you like authenticity this is the place to stay. The walk to the Riad from the taxi stand at first seemed rather threatening but after a day we appeciated that this is a very safe area. It was lovely that Jalil, the house manager was born and lived as a boy in this Riad. He spoke good English and was a real help and comfort. His wife Amina is so sweet and made a lovely breakfast each morning for us. During our stay we quickly appreciated that the locals are very kind and lovely people although it is wise to be aware that they are only too willing to ask for money for doing anything. We would say that anyone using this Riad must be prepared for walking along uneaven surfaces although we understand that the path to the Riad will be re-surfaced/tiled soon. The assistance and direct contact that we received from the owner, Michele, was also very helpful and much appreciated.

  • Beautiful Riad with lovely Moroccan couple as hosts. Delicious meals and comfortable bedrooms. The walk to the main market square is about ten minutes and the Riad is located in a clean and seemingly safe residential area. We recommend this Riad and hope to go back!
