Thank you Lakescha for the 4-star review, raising your concerns and given us an opportunity to address them... 4-stars are good, but we strive to deliver a 5-star Guest experience.
1) Regarding the Guest/Parking attendant ... as per the reservation agreement and ordersheet, you paid for one attendant for three hours [not] three attendants for seven hours. In the ordersheet, we provided line item detail on the hourly rate for the Attendant but will include additional language now to make it abundantly clear how many Attendants to expect.
2) With 90+ Guests at your event, the purpose of the Guest/Parking Attendant is to assist with the comfort of your Guests and preservation of property. This is the service you hired to compliment the self-parking option you selected. To perform their duty, the Attendant [not the owner] made themselves discreetly present for a short while [only during the event] to provide assistance to your Guests... if/when needed. [for example: several of your Guests asked where the closest bathroom was?]
I know you selected Château Joli after an exhaustive search of possible venues and hope we earned your Family's business to return-- relax, enjoy and celebrate @ the Château!
