Just steps to the sand of the famed Del Mar Beach, this multi-million dollar 2,500 sq ft villa features private and spacious front and back patios, 3 bedrooms + a large loft, 3.5 bathrooms, two living rooms that open up to the patios for indoor/outdoor SoCal living, a fully stocked kitchen with Wolf appliances, 2 indoor fireplaces (outdoor not functioning), A/C, and BBQ. Ideally located steps to the beach, restaurants, Del Mar plaza & a short drive to the Del Mar Race Track.

Other things to note
A city mandated 13.195% is required to be added and collected to each booking for tax. 100% of this tax goes to the City of Del Mar.

My home is located just off the main intersection in Del Mar close to the Powerhouse Park & Beach (the main beach in Del Mar). It's a short walk to the Del Mar Plaza which features shops, restaurants, and what was just voted the Best Gelato shop in America by Thrillist.

The neighborhood itself is a quaint beach neighborhood with beautiful homes, swaying palm trees, and friendly people.
