About this listing
You will be staying in a studio right in the very heart of Paris in lively and famous Saint-Germain des Prés area. Just around a corner from Pont Neuf, Saint-Michel, Louvre, Notre Dame, Luxembourg garden, Boulevard Saint-Germain
At the entrance of our studio you find a fully equipped kitchenette with a cooker, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a cafeteria and a corner to have your breakfast or dinner to make you feel home. In the living room, there is a high-quality convertible leather sofa. There are separate toilet and bathroom with shower. The studio has been renovated recently in typical Parisian style and antique furniture. Its windows give onto a quiet courtyard with a quiet environment for better sleep.
The studio is on the second floor of a medieval building, right next to the ancient Paris Walls of the "Tour de Nesle". It is ideally located between the river Seine and the Latin quarter. It is a typical Parisian style studio of 25 square meters (269 square feets) with a lot of charms.
Interaction with Guests
As we travel a lot and we live in between Paris, Bonval (French countryside), Krakow and Prague, it can happen that we might not be able to meet you personally. Nevertheless, everything will be ready and set for your arrival.
In its neighborhood you will find numerous modern and ancient sights, you will have an endless choice of restaurants, design boutiques, galleries and some drunk students as well as snobbish Parisians. You will be just around the corner from Pont-Neuf, Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, Musée Louvre and d'Orsay. It will not take you more than 5 minute to get to a metro station Odeon with lines 4 and 10, which will take you directly to Tour Montparnasse, Hotel de Ville or Basilique de Sacre Coeur. You can also easily access the "Tour Eiffel", the "Moulin Rouge" Cabaret as well as the "Arc de Triomphe". Opera Garnier is also direct in 7 minutes from Pont Neuf Metro Station.
After you make yourself tired by discovering your new "quartier" you can stroll down to "Jardin du Luxembourg" for a respite or, if you are a fan of jogging, put your sneakers on.
While staying in the area of Saint Germain des Prés you should not miss out the chance to go and have a coffee in one of the two well-known cafes, Café de Flore or Les Deux Magots. You might get lucky and see some celebrities.
Our minimum stay is 5 nights. We accept 3 nights booking as a last minute reservation or to optimize our calendar.

We had a great time in Leo's place! Seriously couldn't ask for a better central location. It's within walking distance to every major attraction in Paris. The bed is the couch and surprisingly comfortable. It is a snug space but comfortable and clean. Also, Leo responded very quickly to our messages and made sure we were enjoying our stay while we were there.
Staying in Leo's flat was a great experience. As a host, she was great to work with. Her communication was always fast and kind. The apartment is located in a very cute small street, right in the middle of Saint-Germain-des-Pres, which is one of my favorite parts of Paris. I highly recommend Leo and her flat!
My parents stayed at the house and had a great time. They loved the location and said it was wonderful. Leo was amazing and was incredibly helpful in coordinating with me. Highly recommend it!
O apartamento é ótimo.
Estava tudo funcionado bem.
A localização é perfeita!
Excellent location and we were able to walk to most of places across Paris. Great cafes and restaurants nearby. Although we did not meet Leo she called us to see if everything was fine. Would surely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris. Thanks a lot Leo!!
This was my first time in Europe, and I can honestly say I have never felt more at home being so far away from home.
Leo & Violette were absolutely amazing hosts. Contact with them was incredibly easy and they were very attentive to any questions or concerns I had.
The location is very central. I was able to walk to a lot of major sites in less than 20 minutes, with a variety of restaurants and shops just a couple of minutes down the road. The apartment was small but perfect for one or two people. Very clean, with fresh towels and blankets. The sofa bed was quite large and very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a very nice shower. The kitchen is very small, but good to make a quick lunch or dinner. Wifi never let me down, which was great.
Overall, I had an incredible time staying at Leo & Violette's apartment. I would definitely be staying here next time I come to Paris.
This couple is terrific to work with! I had a last minute request and they were kind enough to pick me up from the train station, show me the unit/apartment firsthand, give a brief history/description of noteworthy sights on the way to the apartment, and explain the details about the wifi/tv. The unit itself was in a GREAT location and was perfect for the price and last minute circumstances. I felt safe at all times with easy access to the metro/notre dame/restaurants/shops. The wifi signal was extremely strong! The sofabed was very very comfortable, which surprised me because sofabeds aren't typically cozy. There was ample space in the apartment even with the bed pulled out. The shower was my favorite part - beautifully retiled in soothing green and white. I enjoyed my stay!
Note to this who overpack like me: access is up and down a winding staircase with narrow steps! It is the third door from the bottom, which is not that bad! But it takes some time to maneuver.
But all in all, I loved every step of working with this couple and the unit itself provided everything I needed. Thank you for the great memories of Paris!!!

About the Host, Leo Et Violette
We are family. We very much like to travel. Violette does not have her favourite destination yet. As for Leo, she likes to travel around Europe and a long destination would be down under.
