  • Nice Apt in a secure and quite neighborhood! The communication with Jonathan was very easy and i can recommend the Apt to everyone going to Jerusalem, specially for groups with 3-5 people. The walking distance to old town is about 30 min, but you can also take easily the bus. Shalom!

  • We lived in Jonathan's apartment as a big family of 3 adults and 2 small children. It was enough space for all of us. The place is nice, has a good location, and affordable. A lot of bus routs are available in 5 min walking distance from the apartment. It takes 10 minutes on a bus to get to Kotel. Emek Rafaim street has cafes and restaurants and is very close to the apartment. The communication with Jonathan was smooth and easy. Having 2 strollers it was a little difficult to get up and down stairs but Jonathan notified us upfront so we knew what to expect. We enjoyed our stay at the place.

  • Fantastic experience. Jonathan was great. Apartment met all our expectations and comfortably housed our family of six within striking distance of the Old City and within our budget. Apartment was clean - parking was easy - communications prior and during our visit were friendly and easy - our travel plans were accommodated for. Cannot recommend more highly. And the schwarma at La Shahmen up the street was awesome!

  • Jonathan was most helpful and communicative from the moment we booked his apartment. His friend Barak met us at the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. We had his phone number should we need anything. The apartment is very spacious, in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking. The kitchen is well appointed, all you need to cook dinner and serve it. Neighbors were quiet and beds comfortable. We were there in December and it was warm and comfy. There is a washing machine and a drying rack on the terrace. Never used the TV, but the internet was great, fast and reliable which was most important to us to keep track of business in the US. We would definitely stay there again if we had the good fortune of going back to Jerusalem. If you want to go to Bethlehem (10mn away) the Ramat Rachel hotel, 2 miles away, will give you the number of a taxi driver who will get you there and back even after buses stop running.

  • Everything was as we expected. Place was clean and neighbors were quiet. Owner was helpful with issues with internet and very fast all the issues were solved quickly. He also offered his help for trip planing and advices but in our case it wasn't necessary.

It was a nice place to stay.

  • We had a very good time in the flat of Jonathan. His brother was very friendly. The flat was good for five people. The kitchen is OK. Beds were good . All clean. Two balconies very fine. And the part of Jerusalem is nice. It was no problem to go by bus in the center. We would go again in the flat.

    Response from Jonathan:

Thank you for your nice review. Me and my brother were at your service for any problem you might have encountered. If you would only express something about the kitchen and your needs, we would have provided you with it. You didn't call, write or say anything. We really thought you are doing well. Please make sure with our future hosts to express your needs or expectations.

  • It was so nice to be able to stay in such a wonderful apartment in Jerusalem. Our host Jonathon, and his brother Benny, were very communicative. I had no problem getting in touch with them for any questions that I had during the stay.

We are very happy to have found this place and would totally stay here again if we should be visiting that part of Jerusalem for an extended time in the future B"H.

  • The apt is great. It is located near german colony and it is even possible to walk to old city (30 mins). The apt has 2 big terraces where you can enjoy the sunset and the lights of jerusalem at night. We really loved it. Highly recommended!

  • While we did not meet Jonathan in person, all communication was easy and quick, and his brother Benny greeted us at the apartment and showed us around. The place was spacious for our needs. We almost always found parking right outside our door. It was clean. I especially liked the two balconies and the nice breeze at night that came from opening those doors. There is also a TV attached to a DVD player which was fun to use, and a laundry machine in the apartment. The neighborhood has a few parks nearby which was great for the kids, and we could walk in about 10-15 minutes to the shops at Emek Refaim. I would highly recomment this place.
