What a fab weekend we've had at Karen's place. It was homely, clean and warm and a great place to stay if you fancy exploring on foot. We've walked miles, had good pub food and are going home tired and happy. Great that we could bring the dog, she loved it too! Thank you Karen.

A lovely, welcoming, cosy warm cottage equipped to a high standard. Great walks on the door step or a short drive away. Really comfy beds. Would recommend this quite happily.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen's cozy cottage. The scenery was idyllic and we loved the little walk through the fields to Wirksworth, just 10 mins away. We would definitely stay again!

We had an enjoyable experience at Karen's place. The cottage is very quiet and cozy, an ideal base if you're visiting the Peak District by car. The views from the cottage are fantastic. Karen recommended us a fabulous restaurant, "Le Mistral", just 5' driving from the house.

Recently retired teacher and B&B owner. I love the area we live in and really enjoy welcoming guests to this beautiful region. We are presently renovating some fields just below the cottage and have the beginnings of a hay meadow. We love walking in the Peak District, and there …
