Formerly a sparsely populated industrial area, the South Loop/Bonzeville is now home to a thriving mixed community of young professionals, students of nearby colleges, empty nesters and Chicago’s former Mayor Richard M. Daley. The neighborhood features notable historical landmarks that include the 1836 Clarke House, one of Chicago’s oldest residences; a diverse dining scene; blues clubs and other nightlife options; and the convenience of the Museum Campus and Loop and McCormick Place a short stroll away.

I love the city and all that it has to offer. I will be happy to make suggestions for places to see and restaurants to dine at. Would love to host you!

Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Very clean, super cute rental that was great for visiting McCormick place. Dealing with CicagoDailyRentals was quick and easy. We would stay again!

    March 2014
  • The apartment was nice and cozy but there were ants in the kitchen. I'm sure due to the crazy cold weather but still it was a little bit of a first impression killer. The owner was nice and helpful but it was odd that he asked me to not speak to the other tenants about AirBNB. Overall everything was okay.

    Response from ChicagoDailyRentals:

I apologize about the ants situation. As we all know Chicago have been going through some major weather condition this winter and it has cause a few issues. This ant situation will be handle asap. Next time please let me know about your issue right at check in or during your stay and I will get attend to them to make your stay more enjoyable.

  • We stayed in Tee's apartment during busiest week of RSNA-13
We are completely satisfied of big and well furnitured clean rooms, kitchenware, convenient access to public transportation and walking distance to McCormick Place.
We stay in other apartment then we are originaly rented due to some technical problems with pipes in bathroom.
But Tee provide us to replace another apartment, larger and more convenient located, so it has not caused any problems for us.

  • Hola, Nos gusto mucho la ubicación del lugar, fue una buena experiencia.

    November 2013
  • This was a perfect for someone needing to be at McCormick Center. Everything was as stated and easy in/out. Will definitely be back for next conference.

    November 2013
  • Accurate description of place, everything as expected. Convenient to walk to McCormack, even with luggage in tow. Tee was very responsive and came over immediately to let me in when I had trouble with the door. You need to cab or bus to find shopping or a restaurant, but that was no problem for me. I would stay there again if attending convention at McCormack.

    October 2013
  • It was a great apartment. Well kitted out and great for McCormick centre where we were attending a conference.

    October 2013
  • Good space. Luckily one person bailed and we didn't have 6, although it said it fit 6. It really only fits 4. Otherwise, we had a great time. Area is so-so and you must take a cab everywhere.

Thanks for the review. My place do accommodate 6 and on my property description I do clarify that the occupancy by 4 people is comfortable, 5 is ok, and 6 is workable if you are good friends.
Overall it was a pleasure hosting you guys and you were great guests.

  • The condo is true to its description and photos, and the neighborhood felt very safe. People I passed on the street would say hello and good morning! Easy access to McCormick Place for my convention and to the bus and train to get around the city.

    July 2013
  • I stayed here for several nights. Everything was as described, and the Tee was quick to respond to questions.
