Ideally located in the heart of the city center, our lovely studio is on the splendid and historical Garibaldi square in a typical building on the edge of the old town along the Castle Hill. First extension of the old-town northward, Garibaldi square is the second most important square in Nice and is central to the life of the city.
Everything that the seaside, the historical centre, the Castle Hill, the harbour, the main street and down-town have to offer is at your door! Whether you are looking for beach, walks along the seaside, cultural tourism, typical or modern restaurants, shopping or night-life, everything is at few minutes walking distance! (see pictures)
The flat has been renovated in January 2012 with quality materials and furniture. It is very fitted (see list), bright, elegant, clean, have very high ceilings and can receive up to three persons.

** How to reach the appartement **
Our apartment is located above the restaurant "Café de Turin" at the 2° floor with lift.
Our apartment is easily accessible by most means of transport.
- By car, take the exit 'Port' of the tunnel of the Paillon.
- By train, take the tram that stops in front of the building at the stop “Place Garibaldi”.
- By plane, take bus 98 also stops in front of the building at the stop “Place Garibaldi”.
Then, whether it is by car, tram, bus or on foot, since Garibaldi Square is extremely well served, going around in Nice is not complicate at all. Visiting all Nice and its amazing surroundings (Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Italy etc. ..) is therefore nice and easy!
Last but not least, various parking facilities are close by.
Apartment was located in a very great area, right on the north end of the old city. Very convenient to walk to the beach, promenade des anglais, and through the old city, easy to get to via bus from the airport, but quite a far distance to the train station. The place is tiny, fine for one person but I don't recommend it for two (we were two people and found it frustrating). The bed in the loft is a single and the double pull-out futon takes up all of the floor space on the lower level. Salvatore let us drop off our luggage early, and even though we had to be out of the apartment by noon he allowed us to leave our luggage there until 4:30 pm on the day we checked out (our flight wasn't until after 9 pm). Only one small roll of toilet paper there for 3 nights (this is only the third time using Air BnB so maybe that's somewhat normal?). Overlooking the square, has a great view but noisy. Can't be helped, but just FYI when the stairs to the loft are down, you can't access the bathroom. Overall, a conveniently located and modern apartment.
Salvatore is very nice host, a house site is very good, very comfortable, old city、restaurants and supermarkets are very close, there is a big window I very love, is a great choice.
Very Thanks you Salvatore.
Location was perfect! Tram to the main train station is right outside your door steps! We would definitely stay here again and refer family and friends! Thanks Salvatore!
Salvatore was a great host - nice and friendly. Apt was really good - very clean and comfy. Will recommend this one flat to my friends.
We had a really good stay at the apartment. Salvatore was a nice host and showed us what we could do in nice an where are the best beaches. The apartment was small but very clean and it is really good located.
Studio neuf et très propre. Bien situé, idéal pour se déplacer et découvrir la ville. J'étais seule et heureusement car à deux ça aurait été un peu compliqué :) :)
We had a great stay. The host was very nice and helpfull. He brought a fan because of the heat.We stayed in August and it was around 32 degrees. The studio is in my opinion in the best area if Nice. There is a lot to discover in The old town of Nice. The sea is wonderfull. Yes the studio is small but the location makes up for it.You have everything you need in the studio. Only its missing a coffeemaker. The dowstairs restaurant is fabulous if you like seafood. One thing it is very noizy. So is the Garibaldi square, it is very noizy through the whole night. We are definatly comming back.
Great location in a lovely part of Nice; very close to the old town, port and beach. The apartment is very cosy and we found it quite noisy as we had to sleep with the window open as there was no air conditioning BUT we think the location made it worth putting up with it - not to mention the cheap price.
Salvatore was great at keeping in contact too.
We spent two nights at the Garibaldi Square apartment. We enjoyed the extremely central location, the provided fan and the functioning WiFi.
The apartment is cleverly built, even has a small kitchen, but it was too small for the two of us. As we put down our two suitcases, there was almost no space for standing. We slept upstairs in a single bed (which is not an issue for us) but for the price given, I expected to sleep in a double bed. The double bed couch, we didn't dare to open up. It would have filled up the whole place. The bed sheets and towels were provided, but we had to make the bed ourselves.
I would recommend the room only to single travellers. If you're travelling as a couple, only for a short stay.
The noise at night is quite intense if you sleep with open windows. But that's the price you have to pay for the superb location.
The communication with Salvatore was smooth.
Tiny apartment but great location.
