Welcome to your dream retreat at Windansea Beach in La Jolla! This exquisite two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the top floor offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the soothing sound of waves and stunning sunsets from the living room. The open-concept living space, bathed in natural light, features modern coastal decor and a new set of appliances allowing you to stay in and enjoy the experience of Windansea. Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished, with plush bedding and ample closet space. The living room features a large sectional to allow your whole party to relax and engage with one another.

The condo includes high-speed internet, TV with streaming services, in-building washer and dryer (shared by the 6 units, coin operated), and cooling systems in each room for your comfort. The community is a small, 6 unit building with a garage for your stay and one driveway parking spot behind the garage. Located near La Jolla Village, you’ll have easy access to boutique shops, gourmet dining, cultural attractions, hiking trails, world-class golf courses, and the famous La Jolla Cove. Experience the calming ocean breeze and the rhythmic sound of waves, creating a peaceful retreat from everyday life. This stunning condo at Windansea is perfect for a luxurious and serene beachfront escape, whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat.

You will have access to one of the two top floor suites in the 6 suite building.

There are three separate codes to ensure privacy at different parts of the building.

1. Garage Door Keypad - to open/shut the garage during your stay.
2. Common Space Doors’ Keypads - set and managed by the building for spaces used by all tenants.
3. The Rental’s Door Keypad - the actual unit’s door access, this code is unique to each guest.


There is an elevator that takes guests up to the floor, along with stairs.

Other things to note
The unit has a fire escape - the access door is in the living to the right of the TV. There is a false door that is for aesthetics and behind it is a locked (one way) door that leads to the stairwell to the bottom floor exit.
