All the best,
Jerome and Lisa's place was perfect for our working trip. Quiet, peaceful, with a nice open floor plan so we could all talk while cooking or relaxing. Jerome met us there and was a great host!
Jerome's home is great! We felt welcome right away. Jerome and his family even left wine and coffee out for us to enjoy when we got in! The location is very peaceful and our family enjoyed spending time with each other in front of the fireplace. Thanks again!
Jerome's home was terrific. It was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable for a group of 4. The views from the front deck were awesome and the backyard was like a little oasis. I'd absolutely stay here again if I were back in Santa Cruz.
What a wonderful home to spend time in! Spacious, outdoor eating on the beautiful deck--poolside! Sleepy Soquel is a tranquil spot. Close to everything--or just kick back on the front deck, sip your coffee, and enjoy the view.
Jerome and family made it easy for us--we appreciate them sharing their idealic home!
The Daraio/Lee Family--all 6 of us!
We had a fantastic time at Jerome and family's beautiful place. We liked it so much we didn't really go anywhere else over our stay. Jerome was very helpful and checked in to make sure everything was OK for us. We did get woken up at the crack of dawn when the neighbour who lives downstairs in the house got up. Apart from that, we had the most wonderful time. Thank you
Jerome made us feel welcome and communicated promptly prior to our arrival. The home was as described, and our stay was wonderful.
The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, up the hill from Soquel and Capitola, both small towns with nice downtowns and waterfronts. Its also very close to Santa Cruz, with all of its tourist attractions.
The home is just as beautiful as it looks online and the views are even better! Our kids loved the pool, the private backyard and the front porches. The kitchen is wonderful and we had nice family meals sitting on the back porch picnic table. All-in-all, a wonderful place (thanks Jerome!) and we can't recommend it highly enough.
Jerome's place is incredibly beautiful, simple and sleek in its charm. In every room there is evidence of the family's time, care and creativity resulting in a peaceful place with many different areas to enjoy. Our family loved being there! We spent our days at the beach learning to surf and soaking in the good life in Santa Cruz, and then returned in the evenings for swims, ping pong tournaments and big meals at the giant outdoor table under heat lamps. Super, super sweet. Jerome's place might become a regular summer tradition.
