Villa Marfim is a high-end, newly built, large and very charming house. Each environment was strategically designed and customized to generate comfort and well-being, essential attributes for those who do not give up exclusivity.
To maintain the tranquility, privacy and safety of its guests the Villa Marfim is independent is situated in a gated condominium with a privileged location, in the center of Arraial (400 meters from Rua Mucugê and a few minutes walk from the most beautiful beaches and the church square). One more benefit: the ease of enjoying the best restaurants, bars and sights without the need to use cars.
Villa Marfim was inspired by Mediterranean architecture, but with local touches and references that make it unique and with personality. The space has approximately 500 m2 of built area and has 6 spacious suites and can accommodate up to 14 guests (12 adults and 2 children).
The design concept features minimalist and elegant features, with a ‘rustic‘ regional flair highlighting the elegance of natural elements such as earth, straw, burnt cement and wood, thus providing a sense of lightness and style of its own.
Nature is present throughout the garden that integrates the infinity pool, a red, deck, sun loungers and comfortable armchairs, where the guest can relax to the sound of birds.
Internally, Villa Marfim offers large and integrated spaces between the rooms, kitchens and rooms with the outdoor area, valuing the lighting, natural ventilation and the feeling of integration with nature.
The very spacious kitchen is supported by a bar-style island for socializing, eating and drinking, and is fully equipped (including dishwasher). The elegant dining room provides another option consisting of a large table and a crystal. And there are also the stylish living rooms, to delight, relax, read a book, with views of the charming garden and pool.
The other rooms are formed by the large air-conditioned suites and with a closet, showers with a hot/cold water system pressurized and in the master suite there is a hot tub in the "tropical spa" style. And for those who need it, there is an exclusive home office space that complements the comfort offered by Villa Marfim.
Villa Marfim is particularly aimed at families and groups of friends, with an outdoor area favoring engagement among guests, a true oasis to create special and memorable moments in a group.
