Step into our bright and airy lakeview cottage, designed for comfort, relaxation, and family fun! The open-concept living room and kitchen are bathed in natural sunlight and offer breathtaking lake views. Enjoy meals together at the spacious dining table, and if work calls, a small desk and chair provide a quiet workspace.
Relax & Recharge
Cozy up downstairs by the propane fireplace after a day of lakeside adventures or snowy slopes.
Please note: There is one small TV located in the main living room—perfect for winding down, but we encourage guests to unplug and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
Our two-level cottage features charming, narrow stairs leading to the second floor, where you’ll find two cozy bedrooms:
🛏️ Master Bedroom – King-size bed, gorgeous lake view, and a dedicated workspace.
🛏️ Second Bedroom – Full-size bed + two twin beds, separated by shutter doors. (Note: The full bed area is not fully private when the twin beds are in use—see listing photos for layout.)
There are two full bathrooms—one on each level for added convenience. The upstairs bathroom is smaller and includes a compact walk-in shower, while the main-level bathroom offers more space and convenience.
Please Note: This is a lovingly maintained older cottage with vintage charm. While it does not have air conditioning, fans are provided in every main room to keep you comfortable during warmer weather.

Occasional power outages due to winter storms may occur. We’ve stocked basic emergency supplies just in case and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Lake Access:
No private dock or lake access.
The property is located across the street from the lake—not directly on the water. There is no public dock or lake access directly in front of the cottage.

There is a public area on the lake walking distance from the cottage that has picnic tables.
Please read the boating rules posted on our wall in the living room.
Public access for launching of boats and canoes is provided at two sites at the north tip of the lake on Route 426/430, in the Village of Findley Lake. One launch is operated by the DEC and is for hand launching only with parking for 25 cars. The other is operated by the Findley Lake Association and is open to the public on weekdays only. The Findley Lake Association ramp is for trailered boats.
Paradise Bay has a public boat launch on the lake. There is a small fee to launch your boat. They also offer boat rentals and all your fishing needs. Reservations required.
