About This Listing
Only available when I'm traveling myself..
My flat 107 m2 of beautiful wooden floors, sunny rooms, a view of the Atlantic and the Green Point Stadium. I really love my home! There's safe parking available as well as WiFi. I have tons of books about South Africa so you might want to settle in for a bit in Cape Town and then plan your trip throughout the rest of the country.
The lounge is comfortable with a flat screen TV and many DVDs for you to enjoy. The 2nd bedroom has a baby cot and a queen size bed so either your baby, toddler or child will have a lovely place too.
There's a bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin and the other has just a shower and small basin.
The flat will be serviced once a week.
Giovanni's Deli and Woolworths supermarket are both situated on the main road and in walking distance. There are some lovely restaurants as well. The V&A Waterfront is about a 15 minute walk. There's a bus stop right in front of my building which will take you to the Civic Center, Queens Beach etc.. On Main Road, a 7 minute walk you can take the bus to Camps Bay and Hout Bay.
Only non-smoking guests please.
A lot of really nice places within 10 minute walking distance: the Greenpoint Stadium, Seapoint promenade, the V&A Waterfront. City centre is maybe 12 - 15 minute walk but now with the MyCiti bus you can just hop on right in front of my building.
There's a MyCiti busstop right in front of my building. It is very easy to get around.
This is my home so please treat it as one.
Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home in Cape Town. We had even the chance to see the Cape carnival. It was great.
My mother, my sister and me stayed four nights in Jessy's nice flat in Green Point. Everything was still better than we expected! A lovingly furnished and decorated flat, comfortable beds, a really nice kitchen, centraly located - all in all a wonderful flat where you feel at home!
