This is a newly remodeled studio condo that is located in a coveted waterfront location in Princeville, right across from the most popular sunset and view spot and a short walk from Hideaways and some of the best beach and surf spot access in Princeville. Even the Hanalei River and surf break paddle out location is within walking distance. You can stay at this beautiful, immaculately clean condo and avoid the parking and access hassles and walk to the best of the best in the Princeville area.

The space
The studio is the perfect fit for two or three people and stays cool and comfortable even in the summer heat. There is a comfortable Queen-size bed and a lounge/day bed (Single). We provide quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. Everything is new and quality. There is an HD TV with Roku for streaming. We provide complementary Netflix access. The bathroom features a large, full bath, and we provide quality shampoo, body wash, and soaps. There is even a washer and dryer for small loads, as well as a small balcony/back deck with mountain views and a peek-a-boo view of Hanalei Bay. Outside the front door, within short walking distance, are several prime viewpoints, beaches, and snorkeling spots. The 1 Hotel Hanalei is a close 1/2 mile away, a lovely 10-15 minute walk. This is a favored location… you’ll see why!

Please note that the unit requires descending a small flight of stairs to access the entrance. Inside, there is a step down in the floor plan that may pose a tripping hazard; therefore, the space may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges, those at risk of falling, or young children.

Additionally, the unit is not child-proof, and the back lanai is elevated above a natural ravine and jungle area, which may present a fall risk. Guests are advised to exercise caution when using the lanai and supervise children at all times.

Princeville is the premiere resort destination community on the North Shore of Kauai with sweeping, scenic ocean and mountain views. There are ample walking and running trails, vista points to watch the sunset and look for whales and many coastal access points. Princeville has some of the North Shore's best snorkeling and opportunities for seeing turtles. Princeville is in a prime location, near shops and grocery stores and centrally located on the North Shore. Only 10-15 minutes away from the towns of Hanalei and Kilauea. From the condo it is only a short walk to some of the most popular beach and surfing access points in Princeville with epic views just outside your door and all around.

Aloha! I am Lani and I am passionate about sharing and passing on the love I have for my island Home of Kauai to those who visit this special place. I’ve lived on Kauai for much of my life. I was born near Tunnels Beach and have always considered the North Shore of Kauai “home”. However, adventures beyond the islands, eventually brought me to the mainland and abroad. I went to school in Santa Cruz California and even got interested in colder climates for a while. Between travels abroad, I worked as an entrepreneur and in various outdoor industries for the better part of a decade, living in amazingly scenic, rural towns. One of my favorite of those towns was Jackson Hole Wyoming, where I lived for several years before moving back to Kauai. It took searching the world to ultimately realize, there’s no place like home. I truly enjoy passing on the love and reverence I have of my island home to my guests. I offer my local knowledge and recommendations in addition to providing exceptional quality accommodation and service. I want to ensure that my guests have as much fun and as little worries as possible on their visits to Kauai! I love offering conscientious travelers an amazing home while they explore the Garden Island, and both my condos are thoughtfully equipped, well located and always kept clean and attended to with lots of love.
