Lovely home with spacious garden and salt-water pool located at Georgian Bay. This home offers privacy and generous living space both indoors and out. GEORGIAN BAY is just across the road and can be seen and heard from the property. Private solar-heated salt-water pool (open mid-June to mid-September). Numerous golf courses, skiing, vineyards, hiking, fishing, and more in the immediate vicinity. Autumn scarecrows and www.christmasonthebay.ca are right in town. Absolutely no parties permitted.

Separate all recycling (in bins in the garage). Leave the house as found. Read additional house rules in the binder at the house.
