Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Winter time...you can bask in the glow of your fireplace or sit out and gaze at the stars in front of your outdoor fire pit!
Spring/summer enjoy colorful gardens and meals picked out of your own backyard....you may cook, or allow me to prep a meal and serve you at your own bistro table.
Quiet and peaceful...feels very far away but Kville is just a mile up the road with with numerous wine tasting rooms, restaurants, brewery, shops and LOTS of live music, birding, hiking, fishing, gambling.

The space
The possibilities here are endless! There is recreation in every direction. Lots of live music and dancing, cycling, boating, roller skating, slot cars, horseback riding, dirt biking, hiking, golfing…it’s there waiting for you to come and enjoy! Fourth of July fireworks display is best I've ever seen!

Or…you can play horse shoes off of your back deck,, wonder down by the creek to watch a blue heron glide by, or play in our herb and vegetable gardens . Pick all of your favorite herbs and vegetables and prepare yourself an amazingly fresh meal in your own very well equipped kitchen or BBQ on your patio.

This spacious, craftsman style bungalow decorated in soothing hues of sand and sky is centered in the wine country, just minutes from three magnificent lakes, beautiful state parks, restaurants, wineries and gambling casinos.

Winter months are exceptional for birding, hiking and sitting by your campfire!

In a lovely garden, under magnificent oak trees, alongside the creek, stress is simply forgotten!

Guest access
You are welcome to move about the. entire 3 1/2 acre property...practice your chipping on the big lawn, play ping pong under the shade of an oak tree, horseshoes in your backyard or sit on a deck overlooking Kelsey Creek.

Other things to note
ONE dog is welcome. YOU MAY NOT LEAVE YOUR PET UNATTENDED IN THE HOME WITHOUT A CRATE! Please advise in advance as I have two dogs that may or may not like yours.
Lots of festivals and events all year around...ask me for a calendar.
Outstanding live music 3-4 nights each week.
