Caring of the wooden floor is of utmost importance. Most of the areas are covered with wood-flooring and it is imperative that absolutely no spilling of water or liquids should linger on the floor for any length of time. A prompt cleanup is expected and careful consideration to the property when handling your beverages. Any water damage on the floor will be at the renter's expense as will other damages that may occur on the property. Aside from beverages that can spill and damage the floors, please take note that windows should not be left open when leaving the premises as rain can also be hazardous when blown through the windows by our trade winds coming off of the nearby ocean.
