The building, a renovated Washhouse of the most magnificent building on the famous Karl Marx Allee (Block C-Sued), is situated on a huge park-like estate.
The lush garden is shielded from the hustle and bustle of the city by the surrounding architecture and with its large old trees provides a uniquely idyllic retreat after an exciting day in the city.

Public transport can be reached by foot via the Ostbahnhof train station and the Straussberger Platz U-Bahn station (both approx. 400 m from the building).
The Ostbahnhof train station gives easy access to the German high speed rail net, the Berlin S-Bahn system as well as both Berlin airports.
